Shibby is the het ship between Sheen Estevez and Libby Folfax from the Jimmy Neutron fandom.

Canon

Not much can be said about Sheen and Libby's history with each other in the movie and the first season, they go to the same class and are loyal friends to Jimmy and Cindy respectively and thus Libby often joined in on Cindy's bullying of Jimmy (and Carl and Sheen by extension). However, Libby was a bit nicer to the boys than Cindy was, joining in on some occasions of Jimmy and friends messing with his latest invention and was treated somewhat cordially by them, suggesting that they have no hard feelings on their side.

Season 2

This section is in need of major improvement. Please help improve this article by editing it. In the very first episode "Beach Party Mummy", Jimmy tells Libby he needs her to solve the problem of mummies having come to life with Jimmy's latest invention, but Sheen freaks out assuming that Jimmy had fallen in love with Libby. However, given that they were in an ancient pyramid and believing in "love curses" is not out-of-character for someone like Sheen, so him being jealous of Jimmy can be argued against.

In the Halloween special "Nightmare in Retroville", Carl and Sheen allow Jimmy to turn them into real horror film monsters, but Vampire Carl and Werewolf Sheen soon turn bloodthirsty and start stalking the citizens of Retroville. Notably, while Carl chooses Cindy as his first victim, Sheen chooses Libby, resulting in two vampires and two werewolves being on the loose. Luckily, Jimmy manages to turn all of them back by reversing the effect of the invention.

In "Jimmy for President", Sheen and Libby campaign against each other for the role of school president, with Libby being campaigned by Cindy.

In the eighth episode "Love Potion #975/J", the Sheen-Libby romance is kickstarted. Overhearing a comment that love is inevitable, Jimmy decides to create a love potion to create an "anti-love vaccine". When explaining what the love potion does to Sheen, he tries to destroy it, but Jimmy stops him. However, Carl messing with one of Jimmy's computers causes the pheromones of the love potion to be spread across the entire lab, with all three of the boys being exposed to it without realizing it. When they exit the lab, Jimmy and Sheen see Cindy and Libby walking by and mocking them. But the effects of the love potion cause Jimmy to see Cindy as a doctor and Sheen to see Libby as an amazon warrior and they both stammer, causing the girls to laugh mockingly as they walk away from them. Cindy stays for a bit wondering why Jimmy is acting the way he does, but Libby walks away and is followed by Sheen. Sheen is trying to dance for Libby in front of her house as a courtship display, but Libby is not impressed, coming down to tell him to leave, fearing the neighbors could see him. Sheen had brought his favorite action figure, the one where the face melted under the iron, as his first gift to her. Though Libby is understandably weirded out, she realizes that Sheen actually means it and accepts his offer to go on a date with him the next day. On the way to their date, Sheen has Libby blindfolded and walks her across the street, just barely avoiding a car speeding by. When Sheen tells her to take the blindfold off, she is treated to a throne made of his action figure boxes and is flattered, despite acknowledging how geeky it is. Once she sits down on the throne, Sheen asks her to be his valentine as he sits himself next to her and she accepts. They gaze into each other's eyes for a bit before Sheen tells her that she must "defeat her rivals" before making their vows, Libby tells him that she doesn't have any, so Sheen offers to be her rival and gets knocked down by her reluctantly. Libby confesses that she's a bit estranged by Sheen's displays of affection and asks him to take it a bit slower, kissing him on the cheek which causes him to prance around humming to himself. But then Jimmy finds an antidote to the pheromones and all three of his friends thank him for "saving" them from respective romantic escapades. Cindy and Libby pass by and snark at them yet again, but as Cindy and the other two boys leave, Sheen and Libby make eye contact and she shows that she's still carrying his action figure with her. This causes Sheen to prance around yet again, all but implying that he still has feelings for Libby.

Fanon

Shibby is a well-liked pairing in the Jimmy Neutron fandom, often being shipped alongside Jindy. Some have even confessed that they prefer it over Jindy, since it's shown to be a more stable relationship with less drama.

However, the release of Planet Sheen, where Sheen is trapped on an alien planet for the entire series without mentioning Libby once, had put a dent in the support the relationship has. Some others however have simply declared the spin-off as non-canon or set before The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron series, justifying why Sheen wouldn't mention Libby since their relationship didn't start yet.
