Shihohane is the femslash ship between Shiho Hinomori and Kohane Azusawa from the Project SEKAI fandom.

Kohane and Shiho are second-year students at Miyamasuzaka Girls' Academy. During their first year, they were classmates in Class 1-A. Shiho is a close friend of Kohane's. Kohane finds Shiho cool and had difficulty talking to her at first, but they eventually bonded over music.
Distant Loner[]
In the second side story of Shiho's "Distant Loner" card, Kohane greets Shiho and she asked her if she has a guitar case on her back in which Shiho replied with a confused look, she expects that kind of question to be asked by Minori and not Kohane, Kohane asked Shiho if she knew how to play the guitar, in which Shiho responds with the fact that it's not a guitar but rather a bass. Kohane could tell that Shiho treasures the bass, Shiho asked Kohane on what makes her says that and Kohane answers with her explanation, Shiho then tells Kohane that she's very observant. After some time Kohane tells Shiho that she recently made a new friend, and then proceeds to talk about how her friend's father is well respected by the musicians around the area, Shiho says that he must be amazing then asks Kohane if he performs in live shows in which Kohane answers with not anymore because he retired some time ago and is currently running a cafe called Weekend Garage. They talked more about this and in the end, Kohane is thinking about how Shiho gets much more chatty when talking about music, Shiho ask if it's a bad thing and Kohane answers with not at all, as it makes her happy.

Shihohane is a rarepair, and there is not much content. Shihohane is mainly rivaled by Anhane and Shihonami, Kohane and Shiho's most popular ships. Due to Shihohane's lack of popularity, it is also rivaled by slightly less popular ships like Toukoha, Akikoha and Polyneed. However, it's not uncommon to see it shipped alongside Kohamino and Shihomino as Class 1-A.
Shihohane does not have that many fanworks, but on Twitter there is a fair amount of artwork of the ship. Shihohane does not have many fans but there is a small fanbase of it, leading to a daily account being created.
Reasons fans like the ship could be because of them being classmates and being the "shy girl and cool boy" (in this instance "cool girl") trope, one being timid and the other being more introverted, and other reasons could be the complimentary colors of the ship (green for Shiho and pink for Kohane). Another reason could be because of how Kohane admires Shiho being "cool", leading fans to think of the admiration as a sort of "love". Kohane is often compared to a hamster, and Shiho likes small animal, and a hamster is a small animal. This may also be why shippers enjoy Shihohane.
Other people may find the ship platonic and enjoy their dynamic.
