ShyPills is the slash ship between Choi "Thanos" Su-bong and Park Min-su from the Squid Game fandom.
Canon[]
The two met each other during the killing game and interact for the first time during the Six-Legged Pentathlon game when players are tasked to make up teams of 5. Thanos was talking to Se-mi, when she mentions that she was already talking to someone. He tells her that it's fine and asks who it is, so she steps away to reveal Min-su. He asks for his name and greets him, welcoming him to his team.
After Six-Legged Pentathlon, the five sit down and talk to each to other. Nam-gyu asks Min-su to count how many players are left in the game, to which Se-mi stops him and says that's a stupid idea. Nam-gyu tells her to shut up and Thanos tells to stop it, continuing the conversation by asking Min-su his name and how old he is. He then tells Nam-gyu and Min-su to talk to each other as friends when he finds out they're the same age.
During Mingle, Thanos and Min-su are together when they needed 4 players. When the amount of players is called out to be 3, Thanos dares Min-su and Se-mi to play Rock, Papers, Scissors to determine who'll go with them. Se-mi extends her hand to Min-su, resembling the sign of a paper, and tells him to go with her. However, when Thanos and Nam-gyu make a countdown he shows scissors to her, which leads to Min-su being dragged by Thanos and Nam-gyu, leaving Se-mi alone. When the amount of players is called out to be 2, Thanos and Nam-gyu form a pair while Min-su has to go with someone else. After Mingle, Thanos goes to hug Min-su, telling him how he's happy to see him and was supposedly worried about him as he thought he was holding his hand, while Nam-gyu praises him for betraying Se-mi. When voting, Thanos and Nam-gyu make circle gestures and tell Min-su to vote "O", which he doesn't.
In the bathrooms after the vote took place, Min-su is hiding in one of the stalls because he voted to stop the games, opposite to what Thanos and Nam-gyu told him to vote for. Thanos, while banging his head on the door opposite to which Min-su is facing, is shouting for him to open the door. Min-su feeling cornered as Nam-gyu is trying to get into his stall from the top, tries to make a run for it. However, he gets stopped by Thanos and gets pushed back onto the toilet. Thanos then tells him his story before he got into the games, talking about The Salesman and mentioning his attempt at the bridge. He continues saying it was like the universe was giving him a second chance, and how he decided to change his life. Thanos then shouts at him for his choice, saying that he will get angry if he doesn't let him change his life for the better. Myung-gi intercepts the conversation and Thanos then switches his attention to him.

Fanon[]
The fans of the ship enjoy the interactions the two have throughout the games, most notable ones being Thanos calling him cute as his first impression of Min-su and talking to him in the bathroom about his vote. People like the fact that Thanos actually told Min-su on why he joined the games, even when he didn't need to. Fans enjoy the dynamic between them as they feel that the two compliment each others personalities, as well as because they are opposites to each other. Min-su is more of a shy and introverted guy, while Thanos is more of an energetic and extroverted type. Most think that Thanos was manipulating Min-su, however some think that it's only due to his drugs that it seems that way, which makes people think that he still cared for him whether he was intentionally manipulating him or not at all.
There is a moment between the two that has people questioning Thanos' actions, which was their conversation after Mingle when he mentions that was he worried about Min-su, which might've also promted as being one of the main reasons people ship them. People started questioning Thanos' actions over this scene because they wonder if he was actually telling the real truth or not about wanting to take Min-su's hands. There is also a popular video of the two interacting with each other which got over 14 million views. Fans of the ship also joke about how the two would get a bathroom scene had Myung-gi not interrupted the conversation between them, which led to Thanos' death. This pairing would count as a rarepair, as the two have more popular ships, them being Thangyu for Thanos and Seminsu for Min-su. (well more so online rather the fanfics..)

Trivia[]
- The ship name ShyPills refers to Min-su's shyness and Thanos' pills.
- In an interview with Thanos' actor, T.O.P or Choi Seung-hyun, he mentions that Thanos always wanted to take care of Min-su hence the nickname, "ma lil boi". However, after Min-su voted to stop the games, Thanos couldn't do that anymore which leads to his death.[1]
