Shyblook is the non-binary ship between Shyren and Napstablook from the Undertale fandom.
Canon[]
Napstablook and Shyren both live in Waterfall, though Napstablook is first encountered in the Ruins. Accessing Mettaton's diary reveals that Napstablook's cousin Mettaton is close friends with Shyren, feeling sorry for her when her sister died. To cheer her up, Mettaton offered to have the two of them and Napstablook perform together sometime. According to Mettaton, Shyren agreed to that. However, due to Mettaton soon getting his chance to obtain the body of his dreams, he ditched both of them and became a solo act.
In the present timeline, both Napstablook and Shyren are recluses, which Mettaton notes was not unusual for Shyren. However, both of their conditions worsened since their family members left them, Shyren's sister died while Napstablook's cousins both moved out. They both enjoy music, but Napstablook enjoys composing music while Shyren enjoys singing. Neither of them are very good at it, using one of Napstablook's songs on a scripted encounter with Aaron and Woshua, they will directly compare it to Shyren's singing, but while noting that it makes her singing sound "less scary" by comparison.
However, in the True Pacifist Ending, Mettaton announces that he will be touring with the both of them on the surface. He acknowledges that he left them hanging and notes that these plans are "long overdue". In the credits, Mettaton is performing on stage with Napstablook as his sound mixer and Shyren as his backup singer.

Shyblook is a rarepair in the Undertale fanbase, largely because both characters are extremely minor. Nonetheless, Napstablook had endeared themself to a decent amount of players, thus they receive some shipping attention and shippers got hooked on the implied friendship between them and Shyren. Many argue that they would find solace in each other, Napstablook's low energy wouldn't overwhelm Shyren, while Shyren would give Napstablook someone to confide in during their depressions.
Given that neither character are included in popular ships, Shyblook doesn't have notable rival ships. On the contrary, it is a common side-ship for some of the most popular ships in the fandom, including Alphyne, Asgoriel, Papyton and Bratcat. These indicate that some shippers want the entire cast to end up together, which might hint that not many feel very strongly about Shyblook.
It is the most popular ship for Shyren and the third most popular romantic ship for Napstablook. It currently has 27 fics on AO3.
