Sleep Blanket is the family ship between Belle and Duvay from the Starlight Express fandom.
Canon[]
Duvay and Belle have never met in canon. As Duvay only existed during the time of the second UK Tour and no other productions. While Belle was introduced in the 2017 workshop, but didn't make it to an official production till the 2024 Wembley Park revival. The two do however have a few things in common. Both have the same role within the show. As Duvay was created to replace Ashley due to trying to keep the show in line with modern train design. As smoking cars were no longer in use. Belle was in turn also created to do the same. Though Duvay was created in reaction to previous UK productions, while Belle was created in reaction to the Bochum production. Duvay is a sleeping car, as is Belle, who is actually named after Memphis Belle from the original West End production.
Both productions they were in have also been considered controversial by many fans. As the Second UK Tour was often criticized for it's sexism, specifically due to them using the Vegas designs for the coaches. Duvay in particular is long forgotten by many fans for this reason, as she has the showgirl design as her only costume. While both the Wembley Park and 2017 workshop were considered controversial for it's many changes done to the show, as well as the shows being unable to actually update the show to be less sexist in a meaningful way.

Belle and Duvay being related is a rare theory in the StEx fandom. Mostly due to the two not existing within the same production. Though many fans always like to speculate on how to add older characters to new versions of the show, or how they're related to newer characters. Due to the two being sleepers, some believe that there is some kind of relation between the two. With them believed to be sisters by some fans. On AO3, there is currently one written work.
