SlyCon is the family ship between Sly Cooper and Conner Cooper from the Sly Cooper fandom.
Canon[]
Sly was born to Conner, the latest of the history-spanning Cooper clan of thieves. When Sly was three, Conner once took him to a museum on Italy's Ligurian Coast. Unknown to Sly at the time, Conner was there to give one of his old crewmates Jim McSweeney the map to the Cooper Vault on Kaine Island - hoping to keep it hidden until the time Sly would be ready for it. As Sly grew, Conner told his son about their family's legacy and encouraged him to follow it. This included revealing the Thievius Raccoonus - the book that chronicled the clan's exploits and techniques - and telling Sly that he'll inherit it when he turns eight years old.
It was on the night Sly turned eight and Conner was ready to give him the Thievius Raccoonus that tragedy struck. Their home was invaded by the Fiendish Five - a group of five criminals led by the Cooper clan's arch-nemesis Clockwerk. With Sly hiding in a nearby closet, Conner tried his best to fend off the intruders. Ultimately, however, Sly was forced to watch his father's murder by the Fiendish Five while being powerless to stop them from taking the Thievius Raccoonus for themselves. Over a decade later, Sly - now grown into a capable thief - gets his chance at payback for his father when he manages to bring down every member of the Fiendish Five, up to killing Clockwerk.
A few years after the Fiendish Five's fall, Sly is contacted by McSweeney and he learns from him about his father's map and the Cooper Vault. After claiming the map, Sly sets out for Kaine Island only to find it under the control of Dr. M - Conner's other former partner that wants vengeance on him. Sly gathers the needed talent to break through Dr. M's security to enter the Cooper Vault. Once inside, Sly goes through the various challenges built by his ancestors until he reaches his father's section. He realizes the challenge his father made - a long laser spanning a chasm to the opposite wall - involves something that his father didn't put into the Thievius Raccoonus before his death. Taking a bit to figure out what his father had in mind, he realizes that he can slide along the laser like it was a rail. Thanking his father for the ingenuity, Sly uses his newly realized laser slide to cross the chasm and navigate the subsequent hallway of lasers into the Vault's inner sanctum - where he confronts Dr. M for his betrayal of his father.

SlyCon is a well-known ship in the Sly Cooper fandom. The various times Sly brings up his father, especially during the last stretch of Sly 3, shows fans how much he looked up to him. Sly seeing his father killed is a curiosity for fans in how he dealt with it on an emotional level. Fans have made AUs where Connor was able to survive the Fiendish Five's attack, allowing him to continue raising Sly. With the release of Thieves in Time, fans also began making hypothetical situations where Sly had to travel back to his father's time and forcing him to make a choice of saving him or keeping his own history intact.
