SouYuki is the het ship between Yu Narukami and Yukiko Amagi from the Persona fandom.
Canon[]
Yu and Yukiko are both second year students at Yasogami High School in Inaba. Yu is a new student in town, whereas Yukiko has lived in Inaba her entire life. They meet on Yu's first day of school, but do not get to know each other until Yukiko is kidnapped and thrown into the Midnight Channel. Yu, Yosuke Hanamura, and Chie Satonaka go into the Midnight Channel to rescue her. There, Yu learns about the pressure that Yukiko has felt growing up, knowing that she'll one day take over the Amagi family inn. Yukiko's Shadow proceeds to flirt with Yu, Yosuke, and Chie, calling them her "princes" and saying that they'll free her from life in Inaba. Eventually, the trio are able to use their personas to defeat shadow Yukiko and rescue the real Yukiko from the Midnight Channel.
Yukiko joins the Investigation Team, and they set their sights on saving Kanji Tatsumi, the next victim. The group holds a stake out outside of Kanji's family shop, and Yu and Yukiko get paired together. Yukiko admits that she's nervous because she's never been alone with a boy her age. Yu then asks for Yukiko's phone number, which causes her to blush. This interaction unlocks the Priestess Arcana and begins Yukiko's Social Link.
During the school camp, when Yukiko and Chie are forced to wear swimsuits by Yosuke so that they can take a dip in the pond, the player has the option to say Yukiko looks cute in the swimsuit, which causes an embarrassed Yukiko to tell Yu to stop while smiling.
In Golden, an additional scene is added when the team go to the beach, where Yu teaches Yukiko how to swim. Additionally, the player is given the opportunity to take Yukiko out to watch a movie in Okina city or to go to the beach, or the hot springs. Should the player chose to romance Yukiko before August, they are given the opportunity to have Yu and Yukiko go to the summer festival together.
In the fall, the students of Yasogami High School take a school trip to Tatsumi Port Island. The members of the Investigation Team decide to go out to a night club, and Yu and Yukiko end up getting "drunk". The group decides to play King's Game, which has a variety of different routes. When the player is the King, they can choose for number 3 (Yukiko) to hug Yu. She seems excited to do so, and sits on his lap before hugging him. In the anime adaptation, Yu selects number 2 (Chie) to sit on his lap. Yukiko and Rise then willingly take their own turns on Yu's lap, with Yukiko telling Chie that she needed to "get into it and hug him too". Yosuke yells at Yu for hogging all of the girls at once, but Yu tells him he's allowed to because he's the "King".
During the school festival, the second years decide to host a group date cafe. This is another moment in the game that has a variety of options, including having Yu sit in as a boy or as a girl. If he sits on the boy's side, he is asked what kind of girl he likes. The player can answer "someone like Yukiko", which causes Yukiko to blush and become flustered.

Fanon[]
SouYuki is a semi-popular ship in the Persona 4 fandom. It sits around the same level of popularity as Yu's other ships with Investigation Team romance options, but is most often rivalled by SouYo and RiYu. In terms of Yukiko's ships, it is most often rivaled by YukiChie. Fans of the pairing feel that the relationship between the two was able to grow organically, rather than feeling rushed or forced like some of Yu's other romance options. They enjoy the way that Yukiko is easily flustered by Yu's attention towards her, but doesn't throw herself at him the way Rise does. Other fans enjoy Yukiko as a romance option because she is more "feminine" compared to counterparts like Chie or Naoto.
