SpiderJaneCat is the poly ship between Peter Parker, Mary Jane Watson and Felicia Hardy from the Marvel fandom.
Canon[]
Mary Jane Watson and Felicia Hardy are allies who are both friends and love interests of Peter Parker aka Spider-Man. In Mary Jane & Black Cat: Beyond the two were forced to team up while Peter was comatose, and from the experienced gradually became friends and allies. During a conversation on a rooftop, MJ tells Felicia how important Felicia is to Peter, after Felicia expresses how much she hates feeling like nothing but part of his history and "the bad girl" of his life. Mary Jane continues, saying she is far more than just a footnote in his history that Felicia believes she is to him, and how her importance to him therefore that makes her important to MJ too. Later when Peter awakes from his coma groggy and confused, believes that Mary Jane and Felicia who are standing over him to simply be a dream he apparently gets often and tells them to be gentle with him.
In Marvel's Spider-Man: The Black Cat Strikes, Mary Jane catches Felicia in the middle of stealing the combined wealth of the Maggia Crime Syndicate. The two then proceed to toss friendly jabs at one another, partly about Peter as a way for Mary Jane to stall her long enough for he and the police to arrive. Mary Jane then comments on how weird it is just how much she likes Felicia after she and Peter successfully stop her from completing her heist. Peter dismisses this, teasingly saying it actually isn't strange at all due to inexplicable likeability practically being Felicia's superpower. They kiss, and Felicia slyly calls them adorable from afar as she's taken away by the police.
In The Amazing Spider-Man 78: When Peter slips into a coma after being exposed to a dangerous level of radiation during a fight, Felicia sneaks into the hospital to check up on him. She whispers into his ear to come back to her, and Peter moves for the very first time since he fell into his state. Mary Jane then enters the hospital room, surprised but relieved at this new progression. Felicia embarrassed, says she'll leave but is convinced by Mary Jane to stay and they smile at one another. Mary Jane then quips on how many more love interests it'll take for him to wake up.
Felicia admits to Peter she sees the attraction when talking about Mary Jane in Amazing Spider-Man #19.
Fanon[]
SpiderJaneCat is a semi-popular ship amongst fans of the characters, specifically because it's often expressed how constantly debating which love-interest suits best for Peter, can be easily resolved with a relationship between the three of them. Also importantly because it would be an effective way for two multi-faceted characters like Mary Jane and Felicia who are often reduced to simply love interests of Spider-Man to become more than that by exploring the dynamic between them from a non-platonic perspective, while maintaining their relationships with Peter which are fan favorites in the Marvel fandom.
The ship grew after the Mary Jane and Black Cat crossover comic recently developed the rivalry between Felicia and Mary Jane into a genuine friendship and when Peter referenced the ship later in the story. It's also widely agreed that the repetitive love triangle trope between the three shifting into something that's never been seen before that doesn't leave any of the three characters out of the relationship, especially since they are popular ships separately, would be an exciting and fresh deviation from what fans are used to.
