Fionky is the het ship between Fiona Frost and Franky Franklin.
Canon[]
Franky Franklin is a friend of Loid Forger and informant of Agent Twilight. He's the one who usually obtains him with all the paperwork necessary for his current mission. Nightfall is a colleague of Dr. Loid Forger and partner of Agent Twilight. She is in love with her mentor and wishes to divorce him from Yor in order to take the place of a fictitious wife.
While looking for someone who can forge a state seal for a fake export license, Fiona approaches Loid, who directs her to Franky. At Franky's location, Fiona goes through all of his traps, eventually meeting the man himself. Franky immediately tries to flirt with her jokingly, and she almost leaves out of exasperation. Fiona names her request for a forged official seal, and Franky tries to get more details from her, saying he will get it from a friend. Fiona is unwilling to trust him and tries to get him to introduce his friend to her directly, threatening to have him incarcerated. She eventually acquiesces when he reminds her that she will not be able to meet with the counterfeiter without him, and he contacts him via the radio as a secret caller. Fiona and Franky are waiting outside a bar where they arranged to meet with the counterfeiter. Fiona attempts to enter, but Franky stops her and convinces her to wear a disguise before entering. They change into disguises suitable for a club, pretending to be a couple. Franky is excited to be on a "date" with Fiona, who is wholly unenthused about the situation. As they enter, they are stopped by the bouncer until Franky reveals his identity. At the club, Franky greets his many friends, showing off his "girlfriend." Eventually, Fiona reaches her limit and threatens to kill him unless he stops. Franky apologizes before noticing the presence of his counterfeiter friend downstairs, and they approach him. Franky tries to greet him, but Fiona interrupts and gets straight to the point with her offer. She tosses a paper with her deal at him, but he throws it away upon seeing it and the deadline, walking away. Fiona and Franky continue to follow him outside. Fiona points out two members of the SSS tailing them. The counterfeiter is shocked and accuses Franky of being careless. Fiona suggests it was his new clients that made a mistake. The counterfeiter tries to make a run for it but is too late to notice a man around the corner. Before he can get hit, Fiona pushes him down and kicks the man in the face, incapacitating him. Fiona grabs him as they run and suggests he take her offer as repayment for saving him from the SSS. As they pass a corner, Fiona expertly throws another man waiting behind the corner with a knife. The counterfeiter is speechless at her skill, and Franky reassures him that he can trust Fiona. Another man shoots at Fiona, and Franky throws himself at Fiona to get her out of the way while she throws a knife at the shooter. Fiona tries to get them to another place to hide from the SSS, but Franky displays his knowledge of the area and suggests using a tunnel path instead. Fiona recognizes Franky's skills as an asset, while he says he could even hide from WISE if he wanted to. Fiona asks why he is on their side, but Franky says he is not on anyone's side; he is simply dissatisfied by the current state of Ostania and would rather rebel by shaking things up. Later, Fiona meets with Franky at his tobacco stand. He hands her a copy of the newspaper, along with the forged papers she asked for. Franky asks if she was the one who called the SSS on them, but she feigns ignorance. Fiona asks Franky if he has connections to fine art forgers and safecrackers, suggesting she will return to him with another job. Franky looks briefly moved but refuses to work with her, stating that he will lose his friends with her methods.
Some time later, Loid calls Franky to help him in handling Gerald Gorey, the director of Berlint General Hospital. When Gerald calls the SSS to report Loid as a spy, Franky intercepts it as per Loid's request. Afterward, he and Fiona enter the hospital disguised as undercover SSS agents to confirm Gerald's report. Gerald shows them Loid and the files he used to support his claim. The two pretend to arrest Loid, cornering him when alone and cuffing him. Loid is shocked at being handcuffed and banters with Franky, who just wanted to see his reaction. Fiona interrupts the two to remind them that Gerald is watching, and they resume their little act. Franky shows Loid the false evidence while Fiona pulls Gerald from his hiding spot and reveals him as Loid's accuser. Gerald frantically says that he assumed Loid's rising popularity was because of a spy technique, which Franky confirms in his thoughts. Loid explains that, as the new hire, he was only working hard to fit in. Looking at the files, Loid points out how they were typed on a different typewriter than his. Franky says it has the font of an old typewriter, and everyone pinpoints it back to Gerald, the only one in the hospital with that kind of typewriter. The situation quickly turns on Gerald, who tries to deny that he framed Loid, but Franky pulls out a fake gun and demands his name. After Gerald reveals his name, Fiona says he is on the hospital's surveillance list, followed by Franky citing his misdeeds, provided by guesses from Fiona and intel from Loid. Fiona decides that the one they should be taking in instead is Gerald, who cries out for her when he gets handcuffed. Before Gerald gets taken away, Loid stops the faux officers and, with fake tears, passionately defends Gerald, even asking to be arrested in his place. Gerald is touched by this act, while Franky pretends to be moved and decides to let them go, then leaves with Fiona. Outside, Fiona and Franky decide not to change out of their costumes, Fiona because Twilight made her the costume, and Franky because he likes how cool he looks.
At some point, Franky is visited by Fiona, who commissions a forgery for a mission. Fiona leaves as quickly as she came, giving Franky one week to get it done and threatening to have him complete it in jail if he fails, much to Franky's annoyance.
Fanon[]
The Fionky came to be after Franky and Fiona's first meeting in the manga and was a relatively small ship in the fandom previously, but it began to expand among the opponents of the Yuriona ship, especially after the introduction of Chloe in the manga. One of the most common plots in fanfiction is that Fiona, after finally realizing she has no chance with Loid, is left heartbroken, but finds comfort in Franky who has experience with being rejected, and with his support, she slowly starts forgetting about Loid and falling for him. The shippers point out that Franky can help Fiona improve both her social and parental skills and give her the love and adoration she desires from Loid. The ship's main rival is naturally Yuriona (and in rarer cases Twiona) and is commonly shipped alongside Chlori.
Franky is the first person Fiona is shown to warm up to, despite initial distrust, and Fiona is the first woman whom Franky, despite also having a small crush on, doesn't actively pursue, being somewhat repulsed by her cold and hostile personality.
They both share having the main goal of gaining a lover, but while Fiona is completely set on Loid as her partner, Franky is trying his shot with any woman he finds himself attracted to, in which he's currently unlucky at.

Chlori is the het ship between Chloe and Yuri Briar.
Canon[]
Yuri Briar is a sub-lieutenant of the Ostania secret police who wants to capture Twilight. He is the younger brother of Yor Forger and brother-in-law of Loid Forger, who is actually a Twilight. Chloe is an officer of the Ostania secret police and a colleague of Yuri Briar. Six years before the start of Operation Strix, Chloe attended a college in Ostania. While she was there, she met the 14-year-old Yuri Briar, who suddenly appeared without even completing high school. Chloe would witness Yuri's eccentric personality, from his rudeness towards their classmates, his self-destructive work ethic, and his obsession with his older sister Yor. After college, Chloe heard that Yuri got into government work, and when she joined the SSS, she was surprised to learn that he had done the same and was now her superior officer.
Chloe debuts in the mange when Director Wilker orders an emergency summons with her being present during this meeting, standing behind Yuri and once the meeting ends, Chloe, alongside Yuri, the Lieutenant, and another officer, arrive at Shellbury. Later, as Yuri goes down the sewers after getting a lead on Twilight but does not send out any signals, prompting the Lieutenant to search for him with Chloe. They find Yuri beaten and unconscious, and Chloe tries to wake him up. Upon awakening, a delirious Yuri mistakes Chloe for Yor and goes in for a hug. Surprised and flustered, Chloe chops at Yuri's head while yelling that she is not his sister, and the Lieutenant tells her not to injure him any further. As Yuri and the Lieutenant catch up on their current situation, Chloe wraps her arms around herself while huffing to herself. The Lieutenant decides to go after Twilight on his own and orders Chloe to bring Yuri back to the surface for medical treatment. As Chloe helps Yuri walk, she tells him that, for a moment, she thought he was really dead. Yuri curses Twilight and swears to continue chasing after him once he is out of the sewers, but Chloe refuses, saying he would only get in the way with his injuries.
Few days later, Chloe arrests Bobby Bockle of the Chicken Circle and takes him to headquarters for interrogation after believing he matches Twilight's arm injury. However, she is surprised when Yuri and the Lieutenant dismiss her suspect after she shows him to them. Before leaving, the Lieutenant orders Yuri to help Chloe with the interrogation. While interrogating Bobby, Chloe notices Yuri taking out his frustrations on the suspect. After Bobby reveals the location of the Chicken Circle, Yuri and Chloe head out to investigate the base together, with the latter driving them there. During the drive, Chloe inquires Yuri about his recent mood. While they talk about Yuri's ongoing behavior since their college days, he suddenly hides himself in the car, having smelled Yor and heard her footsteps nearby. As they drive past a crosswalk, Chloe sees Yor and is creeped out by Yuri's ability to sense her. The two begin to argue about making up an excuse if Yor saw them, with Chloe suggesting that Yuri could have said that they were lovers. Yuri refuses the idea, saying that he could never do that to the woman who set aside her own happiness for him. Not having little brothers of her own, Chloe is confused and says that she would want Yuri to find happiness if she were Yor. The pair arrive at the Chicken Circle's base. Before Chloe can attempt a reconnaissance trip, Yuri charges in alone, despite her protests. After listening to Yuri's fight with the men inside, Chloe enters the building just in time to save Yuri from being stabbed by disarming and defeating the attacker. Chloe slaps some sense into Yuri and admonishes him for his recklessness, reminding him that people like him can die. She asks Yuri how Yor would feel if he died and points out how everything he says he does is all for her, calling him a self-serving hypocrite. Chloe then expresses her admiration for Yuri's fortitude but says that it leaves him blind to too many things. Yuri apologizes, and Chloe does the same, realizing she went a little overboard in getting her point across to him. Chloe tells Yuri that the way Yor supported him might seem normal due to their time together but says there are other ways people can support each other. She instructs him to take better care of himself and be able to prove it to Yor. To her astonishment, Yuri concludes that he must improve his defensive skills in evading and blocking.
As springtime approaches, Chloe, Yuri, and the Lieutenant are busy with interrogating a recent wave of extremist prisoners. After interrogations, Wilker invites the trio out to have steak together at night to celebrate Yuri's fight with Twilight. Much to Chloe's shock, Yuri declines the steak invitation as he has a date in the evening, though the Lieutenant correctly guesses that it will be with Yor. Later that night, the SSS officers go to a bar to go drinking. After Wilker leaves, the Lieutenant calls Yuri at his apartment to invite him out for bar hopping with their fellow officers. He also jokes that Chloe misses him, which she denies in embarrassment.

The Chlori came to be after the introduction of Chloe in the manga and was a relatively big ship in the fandom right away, especially popular among the opponents of the Yuriona ship. One of the most common plots in fanfiction is that Yuri, after falling in love and starting dating Chloe, starts moving on from his sister complex, becoming less obsessive and possessive towards Yor and even becoming friendlier with Loid and Anya, treating them as part of his family. The shippers point out that Chloe can help Yuri improve as a person, with all the advices she gave him so far and she's not afraid to call him out on his actions. The ship's main rival is naturally Yuriona and is commonly shipped alongside Fionky.
In the SPY x FAMILY Exhibition Official Pamphlet, alongside Yuri's prototype sketches, is also a low-quality drawing of a female character, labeled as "Yuri's Girlfriend?". Other than that, the character is described as "having a one-sided crush on Yuri", "Loid finding her weakness and using it", and "becoming Yuri's weakness". There's a possibility that this was the Chloe's prototype, as it aligns with her being currently implied to have a crush on him which is only one-sided from her side, so far.

Agent Nightfall resents Yor for being the fake wife of "Loid Forger," as her feelings for Agent Twilight has her believing that she should be his wife for the mission. So they could one day be husband and wife for real. Despite being told to leave the Forger family the way it is, as Yor being a local swings into their favour and how suspicious it would be if Loid re-marries all of a sudden, "Fiona Frost" tries to convince Yor to leave on her on accord. By making her think that Loid has complained about Yor to him. Yor knowing that she is struggling with some of her wife related roles, like cooking and such, her believe Fiona.
Just as Yor is kept in the dark of Fiona and a few of Loid's other acquaintances being spies, Fiona is unaware that Yor is secretly an assassin known as the Thorn Princess.
