Stagelight is the non-binary ship between Lampert and Pilby from the Regretevator fandom.

Canon

Pilby and Lampert are both recurring NPCS from the popular Roblox game; Regretevator. Both are able to enter the elevator, in which you can interact with them using in-game items, which being: the petal cone, spray bottle, snowball, etc. Pilby enters the elevator on WHEEL OF, though requiring the wheel to land on fun. Lampert can be found in 3008, the requirement being that you find him before the timer hits 0:00. They both leave on their respective floors. For example: Slide 4 Admin, in which Lampert is much faster, due him not moving much and therefore building up energy.

If the elevator reaches a dark floor, a simply less lit floor, or an elevator event occurs that makes the elevator dark; Lampert will play an animation of him turning on his lightbulb, lighting up the elevator. Lampert is shown as a heavy and dedicated germophobe, in which he constantly asks how clean the elevator is, and in most of his interactions, brings up cleanliness and hygiene. He is told to have lived in ROKEA, or simply IKEA, his entire life. He is also said to be a shapeshifter, who just happens to prefer the Lamp form.

Pilby is shown as a mostly gloomy character, and is canonically a clown. They bring up clown related subjects, and often bring up their mother, and home. Their species is stated as a “Forever Caterpillar”: a species of half-caterpillar who can never evolve into a butterfly.

Lampert is shown to be a heavy germophobe, constantly asking if the elevator is sanitized. In all of his interactions, he asks something related to cleanliness. He has lived in ROKEA, also known as IKEA, his entire life.

The two have about 3 interactions with each-other, more are likely coming in the newest update. In these interactions, they seem extremely fond of each other, as Lampert continuously comforts Pilby when he sees them in their normal gloomy mood, likely putting Lampert on Pilbys good side. Although, Lampert, being Lampert, does stay in character and ask hygiene related questions.

If the elevator is full, or MR is inside, Pilby will stay on the stage of WHEEL OF and walk past Mach, into a door that no players can go in. Lampert on the other hand will rush away from the elevator at high speeds.

In their other interactions, the other person is never mentioned, and there are not many interactions involving them.

Fanon

In fanon, only the minority ships this, as it is a rarepair. Most people tend to prefer Skaterlight, the ship between Infected and Lampert. Not many people attempt to place them in the same Regretevator, either. There is however, a small amount of art with them. Subtext implying romantic relationship are not shown in the interactions, however Lampert does (again) comfort Pilby when seeing them upset, however, this is also the case for a multitude of NPCS.

Shippers of this are incredibly rare to find, with only a few fanfictions based on the ship. It is often shipped for the reasons of them somewhat making sense.
