Steamed Sleeper is the femslash ship between Momma McCoy and Memphis Belle from the Starlight Express fandom.

Momma and Belle have never met within the canon of the show. As Belle had been phased out of every version of the show as of 1992, she never would have interacted with her. Due to Momma being introduced in the 2018 Bochum show and taking the place of Poppa.

Steamed Sleeper is a somewat common fan theory. Specifically for those that are fans of the original london and post 2018 versions of the show. Due to Momma taking the place of Poppa, fans tend to transfer some of their fan theories from him onto her. As well as his previous canon relationships extending to her as well. Belle was Poppa's racing coach and many fans believe that they may have been romantically together as well. This extends to Momma as well. Fans believing that Momma and Belle were a racing pair and that just like Rusty and Pearl they got together.

Due to many fans believing that Momma is Rusty's mother this extends to Belle when they're shipped together. That they were both Rusty's mom and were a family together. Sometimes the second Sleeper Belle or Duvay are added to this as well, as many fans like to make the sleepers all related. Where Belle is during the events of the show is up to many fans. Some think she may have passed away and Momma stopped racing after this. Some think that Belle was a past relationship of Momma's and that they'd long broken up. Others that she and Momma are still together and she's just not at the race.

Due to the AO3 tag combining both Momma and Poppa's tags together, it is hard to tell the exact number of fics that are just about Momma and Belle and not Poppa. The fandom not differentiating between either Sleeper Belle with the tags also has caused some problems with the tagging numbers. However, it can be assumed that Steamed Sleeper is the second most written ship for Belle and the most written romantic ship for Momma.
