SteinEmily is the friendship between Henry Stein and Henry Emily from the Bendy and Five Nights at Freddy's fandoms.
Canon
Henry Emily and Henry Stein have never interacted with each other. This is due the fact both are not present in the same universe. However despite that the two do have some things in common. One of these things being that the two both work in the entertainment industry, since both create stuff for entertainment. Henry Emily creates Animatronics and opens pizzaria, while Henry Stein creates cartoons.
Both also do not do this alone, since both have a business partner who they that some point met. However for the both them this business partner turned out to be a bad guy. Joey, who is Henry Stein's business partner, used his employees in his ink experiments, and Henry Emily's business partner William also played with other's lives for the sake of his own experiments with immortality.
Henry and Henry both also seem to be the more sympathetic on towards their creations.
Fanon
SteinEmily is a somewhat known crossover friendship pairing. This mainly came to be due to the fact that the two are somewhat similar.
Fans of this pairing believe that the two can maybe help each other out in their respective goals. Fans also tend to believe that the two would possible become friends after they meet. With the two of them bonding over the trauma.
People have created AU's of the two, where Henry and Henry would meet each other. In these AU's it has either one of them travling to the other person's universe. Where the two thus meet and would show and tell the person who travelled to that universe about what is happening in that univerve. It also has the two talking about the universe from which the person travelled from. Some however have created stories where their worlds are combined and that their stories both take place at different location in world. With most commonly having certain events from FNAF take place before the event with Bendy. In those stories it has Henry Emily after those certain events meet Henry Stein, where the two would become friends and in most cases it also has Henry Emily joining Henry Stein at his job. However there are also stories where the events related to Bendy happen first and thus the events from FNAF after. In these cases it has most of time Henry Emily travelling back in time to some time before the Bendy related events happen or when they are already happening. During this Henry Emily would at some point meet Henry Stein.
Whilst it is mostly seen as a friendship a few people tend to see it as a family ship, since they tend believe that the two might be related in some way.
Due to the fact that the two have the same name and are somewhat similar, people have created a theory inwhich the two are the same person.
