That night, Cassie goes to see Tim when she sees Steph exit his room as she's putting on her mask. Stephanie awkwardly says that she's going to one of the guest rooms and Cassie wishes her a good night.

StephCassie is a rare pair in the DC Comics fandom. Since both Steph and Cassie have dated Tim Drake, some use StephCassie as the best end for a love triangle. By getting rid of the axis. Although this is a smaller love triangle and doesn't get much attention given how many people reacted negatively to the TimCassie romance. Many have also joked that both girls are proof that Tim's type are blondes.
It is ultimately a rare pair due to the fact that they have almost never interacted. Despite being teen heroes introduced around the same time with mutual friends. Fans often have to draw upon the characters personalities and pasts to figure out how the two could possibly interact. Which is both a positive and a negative, depending on how willing fans are to do some heavy lifting for the pair. Stephanie and Cassie don't have super similar personalities, but because they were both teen superhero girls created in the 90's they have similar archetypes. Something fans have used in fic and art to show how easily they would get along.
Some fans will often create AU's where Stephanie was a member of the original Young Justice instead of Tim. Or if Tim is a member of Young Justice, then Steph hangs out with the group more. Often getting closer to Cassie and forming a romance. Many also write Stephanie becoming impressed by Cassie's strength, and crime fighting abilities. Often playing with the idea that many femslash fans have of Steph being impressed by women with Super Strength. Others would have Cassie impressed with how easily she wrangles Tim. Some will also just play with the idea of Tim being supportive of Steph's crush, or being annoyed that she's flirting with his teammate.
When in the DCceased universe Cassie was written to have a romance with Damian, many fan were disappointed for a variety of reasons. Many saying that if Cassie had to be with a Robin who wasn't Tim, then it should be Stephanie.
