SuoSaku is the slash ship between Hayato Suo and Haruka Sakura from the Wind Breaker fandom.
Canon[]
Suo is Sakura's right-hand man, and the co-delegate of Class 1-1. Suo is the first student in Furin High to greet Sakura. Although Suo likes to tease Sakura frequently, his own views and opinions are rarely shown. Although Suo found him foolish for boldly claiming he was going to take over the school, he was kind enough to warn him about Sugishita and even reached with an excitement expression when he landed a hit on him.
Sakura is originally hesitant when Umemiya calls Suo a “kind kid”, finding his expression unbefitting; even going as far as to say he has a “rotten, garbage personality”, and being able to sense he isn't taking the fight against Minoru, seriously wondering what it would take for him to fight for real. They seem to inspire a lot of feelings, both positive and negative, in each other, such as Sakura managing to evoke an “emotional” side of Suo. They fight well as a team, with Suo staying on the defensive side while Sakura goes on the offensive, but if they're both on the offensive neither are too concerned with protecting the other, acknowledging each other's strength and ability to handle themselves.
Introduction Arc[]
When Sakura and Nirei first arrive at Furin High, they meet Suo in the 1-1 classroom. Suo approaches Sakura to introduce himself, jokingly calling himself ‘Leonardo DiCaprio’. Sakura gets excited and asks if Suo is a foreigner, but the latter admits that he’s actually Japanese. Sakura immediately lashes out at him at that answer. Suo then deflects, asking Sakura to talk about himself instead. Raising his hand, Sakura prepares to attack Hayato when the latter suddenly starts patting Haruka on the back, praising him for his heroic show of display at the brawl on Main Street. When Sugishita and Sakura begin to fight in the classroom, Suo watches Sakura with awe on his face.

Sakura/Tsubakino Arc[]
After the events of KEEL Arc, Suo and Nirei find out why Sakura didn't come to school the next day. Nirei calls on him on the phone and turns out that he's sick. Hayato and Nirei came to visit his apartment and they came to see him. When he slams the door and he came and he rages at them and they're scared. They came to visit him and he seems so sick. He lays down on his bed and Suo ask him why do he live alone. He ask if he have medicine and how about something he give the foods but he don't want it. They give a plastic bag filled with food and medicine and they left. When he gets up, he sees the water bottle and he opens the bag which is filled with food and medicine for him. He was surprised that he all of his classmates really like about him.

SuoSaku is the most popular ship within the Wind Breaker fandom, amassing over 340+ works on AO3. Fans enjoy SuoSaku due to their dynamic (with Suo always teasing Sakura, making him blush) as well as Suo’s admiration towards Sakura. The two are also shipped because of their mutual trust and care in each other, and Suo being one of Sakura’s first friends early on in the series. Many SuoSaku fan words tend to showcase Suo teasing Sakura with the latter getting flustered, similar to how their canon dynamic plays out.
SuoSaku is mainly rivaled by SuoNirei, TogaSaku, UmeSaku, and sometimes even SakuNirei. Some fans like to ship Sakura and Suo with Nirei, forming the SuoSakuNirei ship.
