T'Pura is the femslash ship between T'Pring and Nyota Uhura from the Star Trek fandom.

In Amok Time, T'Pring appears on the communications screen on the bridge. Uhura comments that she's beautiful, and Spock tells her that T'Pring is his wife.

T'Pura is one of the most well known ships in the TOS fandom. Despite them never interacting. There aren't many prominant female characters in The Original Series, and even few who appear for more than one episode. T'Pring only appears in one, but she made quite an impact due to the episode being one of the most important in terms of Star Trek lore. As a result T'Pring is brought to the a level of prominence in the eyes of TOS fans. Making T'Pring either the third or fourth most popular female character in TOS. Right behind Christine Chapel, Nyota Uhura, and Janice Rand. Although T'Pring has risen to even more prominence with her appearances in Strange New Worlds.
When it was revealed the T'Pring would be appearing in Strange New Worlds, many fans had hoped that the two would meet. Possibly even starting a friendship. Sadly for shippers, the two have yet to meet, but since only the first season has aired there is still a possibility that they could.
Due to Uhura never having a love interest in the original series, many modern Trek fans often headcanon her as a lesbian. As a result they often want to give her a girlfriend, and T'Pring is often chosen. Mostly due to T'Pring being a character that although appearing once was very interesting. Wanting to see her explored more, but not paired with either of her canon love interests (Spock and Stonn), fans will the pair her with Uhura.
There are also those who will ship the two in the Kelvin Timeline (otherwise known as AOS). The idea of this ship in said timeline is most likely due to the two both being Spock's love interests. T'Pura is often shipped alongside Spirk.
On AO3, T'Pura is the second most written ship for T'Pring and the eighth most written for Uhura. It currently has 104 written fan works.
