TachiGin is the het ship between Michizou Tachihara and Gin Akutagawa from the Bungou Stray Dogs fandom.
Canon[]
Tachihara and Gin work under the Black Lizard assault group in the Port Mafia. They often have missions together. In spin-off content, Tachihara tries to befriend her, complimenting her and such, but it doesn't work too well. Though Gin trusts and respects Tachihara, seeing him as one of their own, while Tachihara has high respect for Gin's assassination skills. In one of the Omakes, Gin wordlessly congratulates Tachihara after he is forced to look after a child. Over time around the DOA arc, implied offscreen, their relationship grew less hostile as Gin attempted to engage and express herself more with Tachihara; going from snide remarks and silent partnership to freely communicating her thoughts to him.
Tachihara mistakenly thinks that Gin is a boy because of her clothes. Sango Harukawa has stated that Gin dresses to those clothes to intentionally hide her true gender, however the reason for this has yet to be revealed. Even so, it was confirmed that Gin gets angry when someone calls her a boy, especially if this person is Tachihara. However, they do really care about each other and don't want each other to get hurt.
Port Mafia Arc[]

Tachihara and Gin try to attack each other
Tachihara arrives "two minutes late" to Black Lizard's meeting, their mission to attack and kill the Armed Detective Agency and kidnap Atsushi Nakajima for the bounty on his head. He mocks Ryurou Hirotsu's strict nature, calling him a nitpicker. He points out Gin is later than him, but Gin appears behind him out of the blue. Dropping his smile, Tachihara clicks his tongue, calling her a "freak". The two almost end in a fight before Hirotsu threatens them with Falling Camellia. With Black Lizard assembled, Ichiyou Higuchi gives them the order to kill the Agency. The squadron easily enters the building the Agency's located in, attempting a surprise attack. Tachihara takes great glee in the attempted raid against the Agency; however, the Agency overpowers Black Lizard. Kenji Miyazawa ultimately defeats Tachihara, Gin and many others, sitting on them and later throwing them off their office.

Black Lizard outside Akutagawa's room
Tachihara has shown high respect for Gin's assassination abilities as he described them to Higuchi when she demonstrated them via her "rehearsal". After Ryunosuke Akutagawa's defeat after acquiring severe injuries, Higuchi goes to save him, but she gets in trouble. Tachihara, Gin and Hirotsu with their army of mafiosos come to assist her. They later save her life, and Tachihara orders Black Lizard's henchmen to kill anyone they don't recognize.
Over time, Gin's relationship with Tachihara became less hostile as she became slightly more expressive with her odd attempts of engagement with him (i.e. writing "Congrats" on the ground with her sword when she spotted him with a baby) and asking for advice on certain topics such as "how to refresh someone's spirits" to which Tachihara joyfully suggested going to a batting cage.
The Guild Arc[]
After Q's kidnapping by the Guild, Black Lizard participates in defending their territory from further damage of Dogra Magra's widespread mania. Later, during Mori's and Yukichi Fukuzawa's secret meeting, Tachihara along with Gin and Hirotsu act as the boss's escort detail. The group does not hesitate to try attacking Fukuzawa when tensions overflow, only to be deceived by Junichiro Tanizaki's Light Snow ability.
Cannibalism Arc[]
With the arrival of the "masked assassin", Black Lizard gets assigned to scoping out and raiding his hideout. However, their target already fled the scene. This failure leads to Fyodor Dostoevsky's "cannibalism" scheme. Assigned to siege duty during the raid on the Agency, Tachihara and the rest of the mafia's most prominent mafiosi move in to kill Fukuzawa to save Mori's life. The group nearly ends in a massive face-off against the Agency, only to be deceived by Tanizaki's Light Snow once more. Black Lizard apprehends him and holds him hostage.
Hunting Dogs Arc[]

Tachihara and Gin hold their own against the military police
As the Armed Detective Agency is framed as the Decay of the Angel wanted for terrorism, Mori assigns the Agency's safety to Black Lizard. With the Agency and Black Lizard working together, the plan quickly goes up in smoke when Kenji falls for a trap, which turns the tables on them. A battle erupts between government troops against the Mafia and the Agency, during which a mysterious, hooded figure arrives. When Black Lizard and the Agency members escape to a secret lift of the Port Mafia's, Tachihara angrily rebukes the Agency's actions despite warning them that it was a trap, to which Yosano agrees. Deciding to follow Mori's escape plan, Black Lizard and the Agency split up, with the three detectives escaping separately. As the hooded figure catches up to Yosano and reveals the same dog tag as the soldier Yosano befriended in the past, she freezes in shock, so Gin and Tachihara come to her aid. Tachihara tries to shoot down the mysterious person, but bullets are useless.
At the frontlines of combat, Tachihara muses how he values his superiors' orders, as they "make him who he is". Gin suddenly approaches him and stabs him without warning. With the knife controlled by an outside force which was later revealed to be Tachihara, Gin is forced to stab herself as well as she screams at the group to run.
Sky Casino Arc[]
After a while, it is turned out that Tachihara is a fifth member of Hunting Dogs, Tachihara decides to visit Gin and Hirotsu in the hospital. Throughout the events of Decay of the Angel appearance, Gin has developed a better relationship with Tachihara in that she was now fully comfortable with communicating with him verbally and worried for his wellbeing while he carried guilt and remorse for cutting her down and hurting her along with Hirotsu as he visited them both in the hospital. Despite their history of engaging in petty fights, Gin has shown to have high respect and trust for Tachihara as she showed through her gestures (i.e. laughing at his doubts of being suited for the Mafia) that she does indeed accept him as one of her own.
BSD Wan![]
Gin and Tachihara share many moments together talking and interacting throughout the episodes, like when Gin pats Tachihara on the back. One notable moment is when Tachihara yells saying Gin looks good in a suit during Mori's body double contest.
