Battle for BFDI[]

After Four kills Pin and screeches Donut, Taco angrily asks what he wants and calls him a murder. Four screeches her before X interrupts him, leaving Taco stunned. Later, Taco asks Four if he can leave and, when told no, asks if he can at least stop messing around with them. Four then prompts her and the rest of the contestants to play a game, exciting Taco and the contestants when he pulls out the BFDI season prize.

In the second challenge, Four puts Taco and the other seven contestants who died last challenge in a jawbreaker, instructing the eight teams to free them to win the challenge. However, Taco is the only one who was not freed from a jawbreaker and Four does not seem to notice this.

After Four is brought back, he recovers Taco and the other dead contestants at the time with the help of Clock.

When Four gathers team BLEH for Cake at Stake, Taco asks him to recover Book to the surprise of the team. When he does so, Four interrupts Taco, intending to talk to Book at that moment, to start the Cake at Stake ceremony. Afterwards, Taco is announced the fourth safe by Four as he delivers a happy thought to her. When the happy thought turns out to be Book's sacrifice, Taco tells Four that she doesn't know how to feel about it yet. Four suggests that she gets over it, offending Taco. After team BLEH wins the challenge, Taco is about to try to talk to Book again only to be interrupted by Four complaining about arms coming from his mouth.

When the contestants are split between staying with Four or switching to Two's new season, Taco initially is impressed by Two's powers and switches over. However, after Four reveals the new BFB season prize, Taco is in awe and wants to switch back. After talking it out with Book, Taco decides to switch back to Four. After Two teleports Four's cast away, Taco asks him if the show's going to be okay given that he lost over half of his contestants. Instead of complaining, Four eagerly announces that the season has reached its final 14 contestants.

Battle for BFB[]

Taco wants Four to clarify what's going on with the new competition. After becoming irritated, Taco approaches Four and becomes confused when she find him unresponsive. When Firey gets Four to reveal that he is upset that he doesn't know where X is, Taco reminds Four that he told X to leave him and that they all know where X is anyways. Four gets excited over the possibility of X coming back, although Taco is not entirely sure if they can. However, when Four asks the contestants if they're willing to help retrieve X, Taco and everybody else refuses. Although, they become more willing to do so when Four brings back the original BFDI prize. For Taco, Four assigns her to the X-colored team, later named the Have Nots next episode.

During the Have Nots' first Cake at Stake, Taco is announced the fourth safe by Four. She picks up a salt lamp and walks through X's aloe vera garden to get to it.

When Four announces the challenge being to make the sun colder, Taco points out to him that her rival team, the Have Cots, are already in space and have a bigger advantage. Four questions if he asked her, making Taco ask what he'll do if she says yes. Upon being told that he would just ignore her, Taco sarcastically says yes and Four does just that. Taco commends Four for being anything but a liar. Later when Blocky informs the Have Nots that there are no rules to earn points for the contest, Taco suggests doing whatever they can think of to get points from Four.

After Firey shocks Four by insulting his dancing, Taco tries to make Four feel better by saying that Firey only meant it sarcastically. She urges Firey to go along with it, which ends up working since Four feels better right after. During Cake at Stake, Four reveals the votes all at once where Taco is the last one to have survived elimination that round.

Before the Have Nots' next Cake at Stake, Four instructs the team to watch over the prize, which Taco is fine with. When Four reveals the prize for Cake at Stake to be Donut's Diary, Taco is the only one in the team to not understand it's worth. However, when Four gets mad over the diary disappearing, Taco gets worried over its disappearance and wonders where it could have gone. During Cake at Stake, Four informs Taco, Flower, Blocky, and Firey that they ended up in a vote battle that could have put any of them in last place. After Blocky and Firey are safe, Four reveals that Flower and Taco ended up in the bottom two, shocking her. Flower teases Taco that she got 0 votes, making Taco point out how Four already confirmed that they all got over ten thousand votes. Four then reveals that one of them got one less vote than the other, making Taco try to gain Four's respect in hopes of getting bonus votes from him. Four decides to take the team up to where the BRB is, lowering a cage to show Flower and Taco where whoever between them got the one less vote will end up. Revealing the vote count, Four announces that Taco got the one less vote, meaning she is the next one eliminated from the season. Taco walks up and enters the cage afterwards as told by Four.

In the finale, Taco is part of the group of contestants helping set up a party for Four while he is away. Afterwards, Taco hangs out with the season's cast at Four's party.

Fanon[]

Tacofour is a rarepair in the Battle for Dream Island fandom. The ship is often treated as a crackship by many fans when brought up because of its obscurity. Most of its recognition come from posts like these, as well as on BFDI ship tier list rankings. Some fan art often puts the two together, highlighting moments such as Four screeching Taco upon first meeting and Taco trying to figure out Four's intentions in post-split BFB. While a few number of fans liked the idea of shipping them as early as pre-split BFB's run, the ship had not really gained much traction since. Ships such as 4x and Taco Bell overshadows the pairing during both runs of the season, as well as other ships with Four and his contestants such as Foureafy.
