“Does it involve you?” (Blaze’s Story)
Blaze makes her debut in Sonic Rush. After Blaze and Sonic defeat their respective zone bosses, they, along with Tails and Cream, meet each other on a small island. The cat introduces herself, and the fox asks about the spreading of the space-time continuum tear. Blaze replies that it is her problem and runs off. Later, Tails gives the news that Cream was kidnapped by Dr. Eggman and the cat is to go to Point W alone.
In Sonic the Hedgehog, both collected Chaos Emeralds to revive Sonic. They are seen watching the blue hedgehog, Shadow, and Silver depart the other main characters on their way to defeat Solaris. As a result of the Elise putting out the Flame of Hope, all of the game’s events have been erased, including interactions between the major characters, including that of Tails and Blaze.
Both appear in Sonic’s birthday party in Sonic Generations and were sucked into a space-time portal. The hedgehog freed them after collecting all five stars in each of their respective zones. Blaze and Tails are later seen cheering on the Sonics and returning to the party along with the other main characters.
In the Mario & Sonic series, both are competitors and there are costumes in their likeliness for your Mii. The Super Smash Bros. series has them as collectible items.

In the first issue of Sonic Universe, Blaze told Shadow of her experience with Tails and Sonic after some “freak storm” brought the two to her world and were discovered by her friend Marine. The rest is in parallel to the plot of Sonic Rush Adventure.
Midway through Worlds Collide, Tails, Sonic, Mega Man, his dog Rush, and Proto Man fought Eggman and Dr. Wily’s eight of Sonic’s recently roboticized friends. One of them was Blaze Woman, who presented the last Chaos Emerald to Eggman at the beginning of part 5. Part 6 has all but Proto Man being confronted by Blaze Woman and Silver Man at a waterfall. The robot cat shoots a flamethrower at the four, blasting them away. The hedgehog tells Mega Man to go for Silver Man while he and Tails “handle Blaze”. The fox spin-dashes Blaze Woman, which consumes in its own flames. Tails calls this spectacle “a new trick”, and to the delight of Sonic, the robot transforms back into Blaze. The four part with the cat and a de-roboticized Silver after a short meeting. Both Tails and Blaze were affected by the reality-altering Super Genesis Wave, but their memory of their recent ordeal still remains.

Both Tails and Blaze, among others, were called into Resistance HQ in issue 9 after Neo Metal Sonic conquered Angel Island. The cat suggests that she “could confront Neo Metal Sonic” as her transformation with the Sol Emeralds, but the fox counters that Metal would do the same with Sonic’s own and harness her emeralds “for himself at worst”. Tails then advises the cat to “stay away from Neo” on the safe side, to which she shakes it off with a thank-you. With the fox at the cockpit of the Battleship nearing the island, Blaze glides out and transforms into Burning Blaze; at the same time the ship gets hit by the island’s defenses. The others successfully bail out of the Battleship and took on some Badniks. In the meantime, the cat destroyed some ships of the Egg Fleet.
In issue 11, all the main characters but Tails (piloting one of the Egg Fleet’s ships) take on the Master Overlord. As he turns to face the fox, Knuckles pulls the Master Emerald out of him and returns it to the shrine, restoring the floating island back to its current location and the monstrosity reverted back to his old self. Sonic checked on both of them, among the rest, in the next issue before Blaze and Silver parted with the other main characters.

The ship is somewhat popular, though not as popular as ships such as Tails with Cream and Blaze with Silver or Sonic. It generally has a more respectful fandom than those more-popular Sonic pairings.
