Takukako is the het ship between Takumi Sumino and Kako Tsukumo from The Hundred Line fandom.

Route 0[]
When Takumi gave his reasoning of protecting his childhood best friend on his way to join the fighters, Kako followed Ima's compliment toward him with her own, calling Takumi pretty cool. When Kako later went along with her brother's wishes not to fight, Takumi didn't take her refusal for an answer immediately. He asked what she wanted to do without Ima's input. Though Kako was forced to go along with what Ima wanted, she thanked Takumi anyway. On Day 52, Kako slipped Takumi a note asking for help convincing Ima to let her join the fight. The next day, she said she was sorry to trouble him, but asked for his opinion. She happily thanked him for getting all the information he could before making a decision. Takumi then asked what she would do if she could control her own life, which Kako answered, but quickly brushed off to say that she was counting on him.
Kako tearfully thanked Takumi when he gifted her a scooter the same model as the one her dad used to ride in her memories. Unfortunately, this was used to attempt to persuade Kako not to fight. After the persuasion failed, however, Takumi began to understand her feelings. He had ended up doing what Kako wanted and convincing her to fight after all.
On the night of Day 68, Kako had a vision of Takumi helping Nozomi. The next morning, Kako brought him with her to deliver Nozomi food. She also said she'd cover for him if anyone else intruded and asked how it went after.
Coming of Age[]
On Day 30 of the Coming of Age Route, when Takumi woke up after recovering from being cut in half, Kako noted how she was really impressed and thought it was "so cool" how far he went to protect the group. The next day, she decided to become strong and cool like everyone else. She added that she wanted to be strong and cool like Takumi specifically and asked Takumi to cheer her on. Takumi responded by complimenting her appearance, flustering Kako and making her nervously giggle when he continued. Kako then offered to bring him breakfast, which prompted Ima to threaten Takumi into keeping his distance.
When Eito broke up the Special Defense Unit and caused many of them to leave the school, Kako always showed hesitation and discomfort at accusing Takumi, unlike all the others. When she returned to Last Defense Academy, she apologized to him and explained that she felt weird doubting him.
On Day 65, Takumi confessed his feelings for Nozomi. While waiting for a response, Kako offered to console him if Nozomi rejected her.
Free Time[]
During one Student Activity, Takumi had to take Kako by the hand and lead her out of the Parking Lot to get her to not drive the school bus. In another Student Activity, Kako asked if Takumi wanted to play detective with her. In the Rec Room, Kako played roulette with Takumi. On another occasion, she asked to talk to Takumi about romance. She offered to give him advice on the topic and asked about his crushes, though she admitted she had no experience because Ima didn't allow her to fall in love.
Fanon[]
Takukako is a very rare ship. On Takumi's side, it's overshadowed by ships such as Eitaku, Takuzomi, and Hirusumi, and Kako fanwork tends to focus on her relationship with Ima, whether that be familial or romantic. Takumi has also been shipped with both Kako and Ima as a poly ship rather than with Kako alone. Proponents of the ship enjoy the crush that Kako has on Takumi in Coming of Age, as well as Takumi's kindness and support towards Kako in both Coming of Age and Route 0.
