Tales of Arcadia is a science fantasy franchise that began with Trollhunters before being continued by its follow-up shows, 3Below and Wizards, along with the Rise of the Titans film serving as the final chapter of the franchise. The Netflix original franchise was created by Guillermo Del Toro, while being produced by both DreamWorks Animation and Double Dare You.
Plot[]
Each story takes place in the small town of Arcadia Oaks, that trolls, aliens and wizards are drawn to. Along with other sources of magic. Each one of these three groups have heroes who serve as the bridges between their worlds and the ones they become the protectors of.

James "Jim" Lake Jr. was just a normal teenager boy attending school and helping out his mother while his father has been out of the picture for years, his whole life gets turned upside down when he came across a magical amulet that called out his name. Jim soon learns that he has been chosen to serve as the next Trollhunter and the first one to be a human, giving him a link between his world and the troll world he has to protect from bad trolls and others threats. Like Bular and his imprisoned father, Gunmar.
3Below[]
Part one of 3Below takes place during part three of Trollhunters, while part two is of the aftermath of the first series show with the second story continuing itself from there.
When the Arcradian-5 royal family, House Tarron were forced to flee from General Morando, who seeks to clam their throne for himself and had managed to gravely harm King Fialkov and Queen Coranda, their children Aja and Krel Tarron find themselves on Earth and in the town of Arcadia Oaks. Where the siblings and their guardian, Varvatos Vex disguise themselves as human until they find away to fix their damage ship and restore the fallen King and Queen, before they can reclaim their home world back. The Tarrons do what they can to blend in with their new high school life and to defend themselves from bounty hunters who wish to clam the bounty that Morando placed upon their heads. Along with them defending their new friends and second found home plant from threats who wish to bring harm to Earth and the small town.
Wizards[]
The present timeline of Wizards begins at the end of 3Below.
When a great threat from the past has Merlin call upon his apprentice, Hisirdoux "Douxie" Casperan to gather Arcadia's Guardians and was only able to find Toby, Steve and AAARRRGGHH!!!, while Merlin returns with Claire, Blinky and an injured Jim, they get attacked by the Arcane Order and their mysterious Green Knight. Instead of escaping to the past, Douxie, Claire, Steve and Jim end up being trapped in the mid-12th century. A dangerous time for anyone who is creature or wielder of magic, and even though Douxie being Merlin's apprentice gives him protection Jim's half troll form makes him a target for King Arthur's cruel none magic law. As Douxie tries to find away for them to return back to their present timeline, they accidently alter the past and placed the future in danger if they don't fix it. By ensuring that humans and the good trolls do untie for the Battle of Killahead Bridge.
