Drarry is the slash ship between Draco Malfoy and Harry Potter from the Harry Potter fandom.
Canon[]
First year[]
The two boys first meet at Madam Malkin's Robes for All Occasions. They are both in the shop to get their Hogwarts robes. Harry dislikes him almost immediately because of Draco's arrogant and self-centered nature. He reminds Harry of Dudley. Draco comments on Hogwarts not accepting the other kind, referring to Muggle-borns. He also calls Hagrid a savage. Before Draco can learn his name, Harry leaves the shop. He tells Hagrid about his encounter with the pale boy.
When Harry arrives at Hogwarts, they meet again. Rumor has it that Harry Potter is on the train, and Draco goes to introduce himself. He holds o his hand and offers to be friends. Harry coldly refuses, causing Draco's cheeks to flush. This almost leads to a fight between the boys, but they back off after Goyle is bitten by Scabbers. From that moment on, the boys were rivals at Hogwarts. Draco was jealous that Harry Potter was a hero and believed strongly in blood purity, insulting many in Gryffindor.
They are both present at the Sorting Ceremony. Later that night, Harry has a dream about Draco. He is wearing Professor Quirrell's turban and is struggling to remove it. Draco laughs at him and turns into Snape before a green light flashes and Harry wakes up.
They have Potions together for the year. During their first class, Draco laughs at Harry when he is unable to answer Professor Snape's questions. They also have flying lessons together. Harry was delighted to learn that Draco was mounting his broom incorrectly. Draco makes a scene and steals Neville's remembrall. He flies away with it, and Harry chases him and gets it back.
In the Great Hall, Draco approaches Harry and jokingly asks when he's going to take the train back to the Muggles. He then challenges Harry to a duel, which Ron accepts on his behalf.
Seventh year[]
When Harry was taken to Malfoy Manor to be handed over to the Dark Lord, Draco was very reluctant to identify him, even though he knew it was Harry. During the battle of Hogwarts, Harry saved Draco's life twice. Once against Crabbe's Fiendfyre and once from a masked Death Eater.
Cursed Child[]
In Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Harry's and Draco's sons become best friends, and when they're in danger, Harry, Draco, Hermione and Ron rescue them.

Fanon[]
Drarry is an extremely popular ship in the Harry Potter fandom, and probably the most popular slash ship in the fandom. Many shippers enjoy the enemies to lovers trope of the ship, and they also enjoy the contrast between the dark, brooding Draco Malfoy (A Death Eater) and the lighter, heroic Harry Potter (The Chosen One). It also effectively gave Draco a much-needed redemption arc.
On AO3, Drarry is the most written ship for both Harry and Draco as well as the most written ship in the Harry Potter - J.K. Rowling tag and the fifth in the Harry Potter and the Cursed Child - Thorne & Rowling tag.
