author Link to author's posting site (or simply author name if site cannot be found).

ship If image includes ship, link to it. Start with shipI, then go in increasing roman numerical order if more than one ship.
character If image includes character, link to it. Start with characterI, then go in increasing roman numerical order if more than one character.
prev If sequence of connected images, add prior image file name if existing.
next If sequence of connected images, add following image file name if existing.
fandom If part of specific fandom, link to it.
description Less formal description of image.

Types

ARTWORK - A work that is drawn and meant to represent a moment
MANIP - An image that was manipulated to look like something else, but can still be seen as taken from the original
MODEL - A rendition of a 3-D character that has no background
SCREENSHOT - A picture or gif taken by a fan while watching a something
SPRITE - A promotional image or poster never used in canon materials but would still count as canon
STILL - An image given out by the production company
