Terrimpa is the friend ship between Impa and Terrako from The Legend of Zelda fandom.

Canon[]

After Terrako was defeated by Harbinger Ganon and was left deactivated, Impa was fleeing from the Bokoblins and passes the Sheikah Slate to Link, which Terrako becomes responsive and makes the Sheikah Towers rise from the ground and it joins Link until the scenario is complete. Terrako runs to Zelda but Link grabs it up. Impa becomes intrigued and they bring Terrako to the Royal Ancient Lab to have Purah and Impa decrypt Terrako's database and learns that Calamity Ganon will ravage Hyrule if it isn't stopped.

Link, Zelda, Impa, and Terrako head out to recruit the Champions, with each of them partaking in taking out monstrous armies that threaten their homelands. While Impa and Terrako only have a few interactions, her only known one is after they cleared everything up in Rito Village where Terrako declares itself a knight to Zelda as well as Impa points out, which Revali scoffs at this fact. Much later after Link gets the Master Sword and the Champions are inaugurated, Impa and Zelda are having a casual conversation before Terrako gets involved and Impa begins to tell it off for making a nuisance of itself and the princess is busy compared to it, bringing her hand forward which Terrako swats it away. As Impa tries to speak with it, Terrako keeps smacking her hand away and Impa becomes increasingly annoyed by its antics and she's trying to help the princess, as the latter tells her that there isn't any need to fight. Impa is pushed to her breaking point and begins chasing it for behaving disrespectfully in front of Zelda as the Champions watch the entire scene, until they get into Revali's space and are too focused on each other to acknowledge Revali's frustration with their antics before he is forced to fly off. During the DLC where Terrako is in a losing battle with Harbinger Ganon, Impa was concerned for Terrako's well-being and assists Link, Zelda, and the Sheikah Scientists gather energy boost to give Terrako an edge against the harbinger.

When Calamity Ganon returns and a failed attempt to protect King Rhoam, who stays behind to take the blow, Zelda breaks into despair over her perceived failure until Terrako summons four Gates of Time and sends them to the Divine Beasts, allowing the future warriors to protect the Champions from the Blight Ganons and give enough time for Link and his friends to reach them and destroy the Blights, keeping the Champions alive and Divine Beasts under their control. As they journey to Akkala Citadel, Zelda recalls Sidon's tale on how he made it to their era and Zelda thanks Terrako for saving the Champions. As Terrako looks on, Impa tells it to get a move on. Terrako and Impa continue to support the Hyrulean Forces through Akkala Citadel, Fort Hateno, and the Great Plateau where Rhoam was found alive. After they united and managed to breach into Hyrule Castle despite some difficulties, they manage to defeat Harbinger Ganon, Astor, and eventually Calamity Ganon. As Terrako was destroyed to give the heroes an advantage, Impa and everyone supported efforts to find Terrako's components and managed to assemble it at the Royal Ancient Lab. Impa tries to smack it awake only for Zelda to tell her to stop as she gets in front of it, Impa tries to interact with it, but Terrako's first act of response is to slap her hand and beeps and chirps at her as it was reunited with Zelda. During the secret DLC ending, Impa and Terrako meet up and the latter lets her hold its claw instead of slapping it away to indicate their respect for each other. Impa watches with the Champions as Zelda and Terrako float away on a paraglider.

Fanon[]

There are very few fan fics that focus on the relationship though there are plenty of fan art and cosplays of Impa and Terrako platonic pairings. Fans have noted the companionship between Impa and Terrako to be cute as well as hilarious as they started out friendly before they get into childish fights, with Impa trying to scold it and Terrako continuously swatting her hand away when she tries to hand gesture to it. Terrako would end up pushing her limits to the point where she starts chasing it around in sheer annoyance to the point where they both forget to respect other people's spaces, though they eventually begin to get along better. As of the secret ending, they have shown to have better respect for each other without any more arguments.
