The Odyssey is a classic novel written by Homer, it is a direct sequel to The Iliad.
Plot[]
After having contributed to to Trojan War, Odysseus planned to journey back home. However, due to offending the sea god Poseidon early on in his journey, Odysseus was cursed to sail the sea for decades, never getting close to his home of Ithaca and facing various dangerous challenges along the way.
