TheoEliza is the family ship between Elizabeth and Theodore from the Persona fandom.
Canon[]
Elizabeth and Theodore are siblings. Elizabeth is the older sister of Theodore. Their sibling relationship is toxic since she and Margaret often bully Theo by making him eat dog food. Theo has some respect for Elizabeth, but he cannot stand up to her. The only thing they have in common is serving their guests through their journey. He trusts his sisters' knowledge concerning the outside world, sometimes to the point of gullibility; he is fooled by Elizabeth telling him that cola is an ebon monster compressed into a metal cylinder, waiting to be released to be sprayed into the eyes of others. Unlike Margaret, Caroline, and Justine (as a pair for Ren’s Confident), she and Theo don't have Social Links with their protagonists. They don’t interact with each other in ‘’Portable’’ because they are in different timelines for gender protagonists. Elizabeth is Makoto’s attendant in the main storyline, while Theo is Kotone’s attendant in a separate timeline.
Requests[]
Elizabeth and Theo can protect Makoto and Kotone, as seen during their fourth visit to Gekkoukan High. Elizabeth can be romantic for both protagonists' genders, and Theo can only romance Kotone in her route. They also have the option to either have a one-night stand with their guests or remain platonic. Regardless, they will choose their duty over romance since they believe they will forget their duty and won’t be able to help them on their journey.
They are optional bosses on each route who face their guests.
Female Route[]
On Request #28, when Kotone fulfilled the quest to bring Queen Elizabeth, Theo felt a chill and refused to drink it. This implies that the name reminds him of his sister.

Elizabeth does not mention Theo in the original game since it was before he was introduced correctly in Portable. Theo mentions her from the perspective of Elizabeth and Margaret. Elizabeth only mentions him once by calling him a useless younger brother to Makoto.
Persona Q/Q2[]
Elizabeth and Theo’s interaction is fully shown in P3 Route. Due to his gullibility, Theo often wears embarrassing outfits by Elizabeth, and he never stands up to her or Margaret. This shows Elizabeth has no respect for her brother.
Persona 4 Arena[]
Despite their relationship, Theo seems to care about Elizabeth since she leaves the Velvet Room. He often mentions his concern for Elizabeth to Margaret.
Fanon[]
TheoEliza is among the few rare fans shipping in the Persona 3 fanbase. Despite their differences, they have the same goal of serving and protecting their guests, Makoto and Kotone. It is unknown if Theo follows suit, just like Elizabeth, to abandon her duty in the Velvet Room to find a way to free Makoto’s soul as the Great Seal and destroy Erebus for good. There is some poly fanfic or fan art of them fighting over Kotone’s affection due to the fact Elizabeth can romance both genders.
