TodoIta is the slash ship between Yuji Itadori and Aoi Todo from the Jujutsu Kaisen fandom.
Canon[]
Kyoto Goodwill Event Arc[]
Yuji and Todo meet each other when Gojo reveals Yuji is alive, Todo seemes disinterested at the time. Later, Principal Yoshinobu Gakuganji tells the Kyoto students to kill Yuji which annoys Todo.
During the event, Todo fights Yuji and is happy to see how resilient he is. He asks Yuji what is his type of woman and cries when their answer is the same. Todo sees a fake memory about him a Yuji being friends in school and calls Yuji his best friend. When Yuji is surrounded by the Kyoto students, Todo saves him and forces the students to leave. Todo teaches Yuji how to use his cursed energy and tells him Divergent Fist is stunting his growth. Todo deceides to help Yuji become stonger by teaching him Black Flash.
When they fight Hanami, Todo notices that Yuji is too angry to fight properly. Todo slaps him and tells him he needs to calm down. Todo uses Boogie Woogie against Hanami. Yuji and Todo manage to be in perfect sync with each other when ganging up on Hanami. After the fight, Todo comes to the healing ward where Yuji and Nobara were checking up on Megumi. Yuji runs away from Todo and Todo chases after Yuji.
Death Painting Arc[]
Days later, Todo and Mei Mei nominate Yuji and other students to be promoted to grade 1 sorcerers. Afterwards, Todo says to Mei Mei that he would like to be accompanying Yuji on more missions. However, much to his disappointment Mei Mei told him that the one who nominated the person is not able to accompany the nominee.
Shibuya Incident Arc[]
Todo saves Yuji from Mahito and comforts him. Todo and Yuji use Todo's Boogie Woogie against Mahito like they did against Hanami. Mahito uses Idle Transfiguration against Todo who cuts off his own hand to stop the technique from spreading. Mahito and Yuji keep on fighting each other and Todo manages to distact Mahito long enough for Yuji to hit Mahito with a Black Flash. Todo then apologizes to Yuji and says he can no longer use his cursed technique.
Fanon[]
The ship is more popular as a mixture of friendship and family as Todo calls Yuji his "besto friendo" and both Yuji and Todo call each other "brother". Fans see Todo as a big brother type of figure to Yuji as he was one of his mentors when learning Jujutsu. Many fans enjoy their interactions with their first meeting being Todo asking what type of women Yuji likes, finding that interaction very humorous and quite sweet.
But as a slash ship TodoIta isn't as popular since many prefer the bond they have as friends/family instead of exploring it as romantic. However, because Todo hasn't made an appearance since the Shibuya Incident Arc, the ship is not as popular as it could be. It is Yuji's 18th most popular pairing on the website and Todo's most popular. It's even more popular on social media and in the fandom than in fanfics.
