TogaMina is the femslash ship between Himiko Toga and Mina Ashido from the My Hero Academia fandom.

Himiko and Mina have never met in canon, nor spin-off, due to Mina’s more background role in the story, and Himiko’s character arc belonging to Ochako, and to a lesser extent, Izuku.
Both girls are known to have quite the interest in the concept of love, yet neither have been particularly lucky in it. Mina is shown reacting to every potential romance she sees within her fellow classmates, as shown by her almost unsettling interest in the flourishing romance between Izuku and Ochako, “fangirling” every time she discovers a new development between the two, such as seeing the All Might keychain Izuku gave to Ochako as a Christmas gift as it fell out of her pocket, and teasing Ochako after she’d hugged Izuku to help him control his Blackwhip, joking that she “latched right onto him”. Himiko expresses her interest in a different, more unhinged (yet direct) manner. She finds herself attracted to those who are bloody and bruised, and falls so deeply that she’ll go to no extent to get what she wants, even if the path is immoral, or her specialty, illegal. She has expressed much interest in, like Mina, Izuku and Ochako, although not in their growing relationship, but in them. However, it is quite clear that the two are much more interested in each other than her, leaving Himiko once again, loveless.
As given by the “Ultra Analysis Book”, a sort of official character archive, Mina wants to fall in love, but has not found herself able to. This is a stem for her interest in the love-lives of others, she lives vicariously through other’s romances. It is a well-known fact that Himiko wishes for her overwhelming affections to be reciprocated. These facts evidently coincide; Mina wants to love, and Himiko wants to be loved. A relationship between the two would finally fill the desires of both.
Fanon
Hero/Villain ships are not particularly liked within the MHA/BNHA fandom, so like it’s more popular countertypes, TogaDeku and Togaraka, TogaMina is not too popular, and is counted as one of the many ‘rare-pairs’ of the fandom. However, the similarities between the girls, such as their apparent excitability and more importantly, interest in love did not go unnoticed, and brought decent attention to the pairing.
