TogaTomi is the slash ship between Jo Togame and Choji Tomiyama from the Wind Breaker fandom.
Canon[]
They are both close friends, Tomiyama is the leader and Togame is the second-in-command in Shishitoren. Whom he joined the gang with around in the same time. He cares greatly for him, acting his enforcer so that Choji can achieve his vision for Shishitoren and his personal desires. When his misguided leadership drove Shishitoren for the worse, He protected him from their men's views and enabled him to strive for his own desires.
History[]
Back then during the festival, he fights some of the Shishitoren members. However, he came to see that he defeated by himself and tell him if he wants to join on a team called "Shishitoren" and he explains why he joined himself to make it. but he just hold himself and Choji wants to introduced to everyone to him and he joins them. He gave a jacket to him and joined them and they have fun each other. One day, he went on a rooftop finding him, he wants to know what 'devotion for power" means but he wants to listened to him about it, he listens but he don't know, he told him it's an oath to push through he were unyielding to anyone else. He want him to not listen to others never changes. He explains about the power is something to use to become free. He beat some of the zinc guys together with him, they're back after beating and holding a towel and give to Kanuma, he wants to be freest guy ever and can't lose this place. He explained to him and everyone about since they joined the team and they thought them that power means to be free, so the strongest guy so also most free that he just said and he accept. He told them being a freest guy, he'll race with him to see which one of them will get there first, but they tell them to raced. Choji used to be strong and seemed to have more than anyone else, he was like a dazzling sun, embodying the concept of their devotion. He said it was a race between them but he had no intention to racing at all. He was always bad at hanging around with other people, but when he's with Choji, he could enter the social circle and it was fun, he felt he was free, he carried him together with them that he thought the team would be even better even Choji became their leader and he really thought about it.
But then, he came to see Choji asking why he weren't with the others but he want to be a leader but he knows. As the leader, the strongest and the one who has the most freedom, but he's not having fun at all but he's shocked. So he was thinking, maybe every single person in his team should be strong as him and he knows it. The members came that a guy was attacked by the zinc boys but he beat one of it. He tell him that he came back after he got messed up and he'll never get stronger like that, he wont be free and have fun because weaklings aren't needed in Shishitoren to him. He told him why he did this and saying he's the leader, the strongest, and he's free. He won't bow to anybody what he decided that if he don't get that and he'll leave and he accepted but he'll tell everyone and he'll do the thinning to him to go and smiled with everyone. He decided to take the blame, the sun has loved by everyone even if this strength has freedom and end up them all down and he'll make the current team continues until the sun its faced again, and since that day when they decided to live with their mistakes.
Shishitoren Arc[]
During a conclusion, Togame and the other Shishitoren members appears in Furin High after Tomiyama beats some of the students in Furin High to join for a fight. He came to listen to him and them and talk to the Furin High students because he wants them to fight back, but all the students in Furin High came and Tomiyama saying that they want them all to fight but a separate one-on-one fights like a festival, like a group fight in kendo. He continue chat him but he stop it first after he must listen to him until the end. After he picks the participants to fight, they'll start to have a brawl to fight.
Later after that, They invited to them to the Shishitoren Headquarters to have a tournamwent at the theater. They gonna watched them fight. After Sugeshita beats Arima, he claps his sand saying to them that he's strong and out of the chair and he grabs him to stop. He moves on and tell them to pick up Arima to take care of it to be quick. While watching the fight, he went sleepy and he's still watching. He just woke after Suo beats Minoru, it's his turn to fight Suo himself but moves on the next round between Hiiragi and Sako to begin the fight. While watching Sako did the great shot and he cheered him up even Jo, he explains to him he's one of the Big Five who wouldn't lose even if it's him, also Sako talks a lot and he knows and he explains to him. And now, it's Jo's turn to fight with Sakura. While beating him, he cheers him up to crush him, but Sakura kicks him and everyone shocked and surprised at him. They were shocked and watching them fight. After their fight, he wants fim to get back at the fight and they continued. He saw them fighting while they're smiling, he punched Togame on his face and they were surprised and he beated him and he give up. It's Choji's turn to fight with him with it's still not done with him and they stop it for this because fighting isn't part of their justice if they're wrong but he kicked him to get lost and be quiet, Sakura will punch him and Umemiya saved him. Now it's Umemiya's turn to fight with Tomiyama and Togame will do the rest and heal handled it to fight each other.
Choji will fight with Hajime, Togame was very upset. If he win, him, Togame, and Bofuurin will belong to him and he'll be free in his long lasty days, these days of endless boredom will end and they're ready to fight. But he still watched them. During fighting with him, he don't know why he did it to them when he imagined back then when he did to him and them and he tries to calm himself and he don't need anything and they fight like this. He was so shocked looking them fighting, he saw him what he's doing to him.
Back then, and he remembers when they see the students at Furin, together with the Shishitoren members and he's happy and what's the best and they'll fight again sometime when they say goodbye to them. While fighting, he smashed Tomiyama's head and he lied down and he gets hurt. He have a dream when he hanged out with them, he ran away to a cat that seemed the cat wanted to pat and they hanged together alongside with Jo. However it turns black and he can't find and sees everyone. He opens his eyes and he see Togame, and saying to him what's that gloomy face about and he lost against Umemiya. And he have a dream about this past when everyone was smiling and they're having fun and now he finally understands if everyone is happy then so he is. He pleases to him if won't he smile and he says sorry to him. It was him who left him alone, it looked who it was suffered because of something, they sure made him left alone, he'd father be the one who hurt them and be hated by them, and he don't want him to hurt them and make them hate you. He couldn't allow his ideal world to be crushed like that and he were loved by everyone they that and that's why on that day. Despite of him when he knows how he was wrong when he still looked away and he realized just for now, he thanks to Sakura, and he'll stay true to himself as a Shishitoren himself. In order to stay in his true self his ideals, he should have stopped him. And he apologize for not fighting back, and not talking to him. They should look for their answers together. He says sorry for leaving him alone for took away what exactly he needed to. And Choji says sorry to him, he truly believed that he would have more fun than anyone else. If he imagines that after he become a leader, it was like he would headed for a treasure box and he was excited, if he could get his hands on it, he would be freer than anybody else. His own heart racing in excitement, thinking that something crazy would happen. But once it reached, it was already completely gone. He couldn't feel anything and he was simply scared. He felt like he was empty not knowing where to go next. No matter what he did he felt empty, he was walking through emptiness. He must do something as it wasn't good enough to no struggled to help himself. Until he couldn't see them anymore and yet he blamed everyone. He old him back from the beginning, he said he didn't need it. He had the most fun back when they're all laughing together, he was already free. But he didn't realize not on the contrary and he may destroy it all by himself. He's such an idiot if not for him, he would lost everything by now. Umemiya told him not to let him make such a face. He bet he had that kind of face for a long time now he made him feel this way. And yet, he tried to keep them together. He thanks to Togame for protecting everything and he says sorry to him for what it must have hurt and have been hard for it.
He stands him up and he's okay now. He have to be the one who's gonna make an amends. He takes off his jacket to Umemiya and saying he'll be leaving Shishitoren because he lost everything and he give to him to take care for everyone. Umemiya don't want it but now on starting today, they're now friends. Umemiya thanks to everyone to have fun and they're done. They're having a party and they're having a picnic together with them. Togame can't eat anything because he terribly sorry for the entire incidents in the end saying that he let Shishitoren rot away and he started fighting even all of it he did and he apologize to him and he told him already. They're now eating together and have fun. Umemiya give a bread to them and they say goodbye to see them again. They off to go and Tomiyama shares a half of the bread which is anpan which they're eating. He went emotional because the sun shines again and he welcomes back and they have fun for it.
Noroshi Arc[]
He came to see Sakura again when Tomiyama appears what they are up to. He tell him to pass the Ramune drinks and Jo will talk to Sakura for now on.
At night, He, Choji, and the Shishitoren members has arrived while the Furin High students running at the shopping district. He made a plan to protect the town. They'll go at the shopping district while Hiiragi and the others will cover the bridge to get strong and thanks to them. They came together with Shuhei and Kanji will help them fight against the Noroshi members to help them. Choji came and he make friends with Bofuurin to help them fight with it. While at the shopping district, they're fighting against Noroshi together with the Furin High Students to fight for it. While Choji is fighting against Noroshi members with Furin High studemts, Jo will handled it go to to Furin High and he came to save Sakura with Hiiragi to help fight against Yamato Endo and the Noroshi members.
Post-Battle Celebration Arc[]
After the battle, the day when they celebrate the Thank You Party at Furin high. When they came up to the rooftop to greet Sakura they he found him but the eating a bread while the mouth is full. But he swallowed it, he came to see Sakura and asking since he visited to thank them and Togame asking him if his injuries have healed. He spotted they have a barbecue going but Togame tells him he still have all that breads he got, but he bough souvenirs from the Cactus Bakery downstairs he just get. When Suzuri and Nakamura came to say hello to them. And Nirei introduced to Choji the leader of Shishitoren, he says hi to them and they're chatting togethers because they're now friends at the first time. He ask him to come visit their town which is Keisei Street next time. Because these people were supposed to be enemies back then and turns out for making good friends for this time and having fun at the rooftop while celebrating. While everyone came at the rooftop, they apologized to Kaji while Hiiragi smiled together with Inugami and Sako. Presumably over the Shishitoren vs Boufurin one-on-one fight fiasco where he beaten up some of the members. Finally, they were having a celebratory toast.
After the celebration, they say goodbye to the Boufurin members that they have fun and take care. While they see Sakura is heading back at school, they're discussing about what happened Sakura's fight and they remined about him and it was just to pure.
