TojiNao is the family ship between Toji Fushiguro and Naoya Zenin from the Jujutsu Kaisen fandom.
Canon[]
When Naoya was a child he believed he was a genius as everyone told him he was fated to be the next clan heir. One day he heard about a man without any cursed energy, the Zenin clan's failure: Toji Fushiguro. Naoya, wanting to see how miserable he would be, went to meet him. However, upon meeting him, he was left shocked and impressed. Since then, Naoya greatly admires Toji and wants to be like him.
Itadori's extermination Arc[]
Naoya's plan to become the 27th head of the Zenin clan is foiled by a written agreement between Naobito and Toji.
Perfect Preparation Arc[]
As he fights Maki, now devoid of any cursed energy, Naoya compares her to Toji. He thinks that Maki and Toji are not alike as she is a small fry who doesn't understand the meaning of strength. He states that no one could understand Toji, with the exception of Gojo. Naoya desires to be the one standing alongside Toji and Gojo and he believes he will reach this goal. He then calls Maki a fake because he doesn't believe her to be on the same level as Toji. After being defeated by Maki, Naoya is killed by her mother.
Culling Game Arc[]
Naoya is reborn as a cursed spirit. As a cursed womb, he enters Sakurajima colony with the objective to defeat Maki. As he fights Maki, Naoya sees once again the similarities between her and Toji. Enraged, he reiterates that he will be the one standing next to Toji and expands his domain. Maki kills Naoya with an exact replica of the Split Soul Katana, a cursed tool originally wielded by Toji. Maki then finishes her transformation into a human of equal strength to Toji Fushiguro.

Fans like the ship because Naoya and Toji are both popular antagonists hailing from the Zenin clan. Naoya admires Toji and is obsessed with the desire to become as strong as him. Naoya claims that, because of his strength nobody can understand Toji. He wants to stand on equal footing with him and he wants to be the only one to do so. Before her awakening, he greatly ressents Maki for ressembling Toji but being weaker than him. After he awakening he ressents her for being equal to him.
