TokoIida is the slash ship between Fumikage Tokoyami and Tenya Iida from the My Hero Academia fandom.
Canon[]
Tenya and Fumikage are both members of Class 1-A, and thus are often seen together even if they do not share many direct interactions. Their first conversation on screen occurred on one of the first days of school, when Tenya admonished Fumikage for sitting on one of the classroom desks. Fumikage is unfazed by this, and simply remarks that Tenya is noisy. The pair face off again during the Sports Festival, with Fumikage on Izuku Midoriya's team, and Tenya on Shoto Todoroki's. Later during the Festival, they are seen sitting together. Tenya and Fumikage share the bronze medal in the First Year stage of the Sports Festival.
Their most significant interaction in the series occurs in the first volume of the School Briefs light novel series. Tenya receives tickets to a Disneyland-like theme park called Zoo Dreamland, and invites Fumikage, Denki Kaminari, and Minoru Mineta to join him. Denki and Minoru decide to head off on their own to look for cute girls, and so Tenya and Fumikage spend most of the day together. They go to eat apple pie, which was the reason Fumikage came to the park. They then enjoy some rides together.
Later, they, along with Denki and Minoru, find a lost little girl in the park. The boys work together to reunite her with her mother. All four boys share a meal together, until they are interrupted by a scene occurring at the park's haunted house. They run over to find that the little girl from before has gotten lost inside the house. The boys head in to try and save her, and it is Dark Shadow that saves the day. When they return the little girl to her mother once more, she tells Fumikage that she loves him. Tenya tells the girl that she is much too young to be thinking about romance.
As members of Class 1-A, Tenya and Fumikage are seen together throughout the rest of the series. They both perform in the School Festival show (Fumikage on guitar and Tenya as a dancer), and participate in the Joint Training Exercise. They celebrate Christmas and the end of the winter semester together with their classmates. When Izuku leaves the school following the raid on Jakku Hospital, Tenya implores Fumikage to see if Hawks has any information about Izuku's whereabouts. Fumikage and Tenya join the rest of their classmates in rescuing Izuku from himself.
Fanon[]
The ship likely sailed as a result of their interactions in the School Briefs novel. It may also have sailed because of the stark differences between the characters; while both are overly serious, Tenya is strict while Fumikage is more laid back. They can create a humorous duo when paired together. Both of the characters are considered to be members of the fanon "Dekusquad", although Fumikage isn't always included. The ship is not very popular, with only 25 works on AO3. It is often overshadowed by more popular slash ships for the two, such as IiDeku for Tenya, and TokoShoji for Fumikage.
