TokoKouda is the slash ship between Fumikage Tokoyami and Koji Koda from the My Hero Academia fandom.

Fumikage and Koji are both members of Class 1-A at UA High School. They both sit in the third row of the classroom, and their desks are located beside each other. They are both considered to be some of the more quiet students in the class, although Fumikage certainly speaks more then Koji does.
When the students visit the USJ during their first week of school, they find themselves in the midst of a villain attack. Kurogiri uses his Warp Quirk to transport the students to different areas of the arena. Fumikage and Koji end up in the Squall area together. They are able to collaborate with their skills and Quirks to defeat the low-level thugs in the area. They are later seen outside the USJ, conversing with Denki Kaminari and Eijiro Kirishima about their experience.
When the Class A students meet during the summer for endurance training, Koji and Fumikage have a swim race against each other. They both lose to Katsuki Bakugou, although it can be argued that he cheated. In School Briefs II, the Class 1-A and Class 1-B students have an arm wrestling contest to see which class is superior. Neito Monoma decides to play dirty and frighten Koji by saying he saw a bug in the room. Koji cowers in fear, causing him to lose the arm wrestling match, and is later consoled by Fumikage, who reminds him that everyone has their own weakness.
During the first round of the Provisional Licensing Exam, Koji utilizes his Quirk to control a large swarm of pigeons. As the birds fly through the arena, the camera cuts to show them surrounding Fumikage. It is currently unclear if Koji's Quirk would also work on someone that is part animal, like Fumikage. Following Class 1-A's performance at the School Festival, Fumikage and Koji can be seen spending time together with Tenya Iida and Shoto Todoroki. This moment is expanded upon in the light novel, School Briefs IV.
During their winter Work Studies, Fumikage and Koji both work with heroes ranking in the Top 10 of the Japanese Billboards. For the second season 5 opening, Fumikage and Koji share a titlecard.

TokoKouda is the most popular ship on AO3 for Koji. It is considered to be one of the "soft" ships of the My Hero fandom, with the two boys being some of the more kind and polite members of Class 1-A. Still, it is considered more of a rarepair in the fandom, especially as Fumikage has much more popular ships in TokoShoji and TokoTsuyu. The ship likely sailed as a result of Fumikage and Koji being paired together in the USJ attack. Other fans like that Koji's Quirk allows him to speak to animals, and Fumikage has the head of a bird. Some think this means they would be able to communicate even better with each other. Some wonder if, instead, Koji might have some control over Dark Shadow.
Fans of TokoKouda also like to often pair them with Mezo Shoji in a polycule, helping to end any ship wars between this ship and TokoShoji. This works well as all three characters are close friends with one another, even if they have never been seen hanging out together as a trio. Nearly 30% of the TokoKouda fics on AO3 are also tagged with TokoKojiShoji.
