TokoMina is the het ship between Fumikage Tokoyami and Mina Ashido from the My Hero Academia fandom.

Fumikage and Mina are classmates at U.A. High School and thanks to that they can still see each other together even if they are not talking to each other. Both are practically the opposite of the other: Mina is extremely cheerful, sociable, imperactive, and likes colorful things like pretty clothes or accessories. Whereas Fumikage is reserved, serious, focused and likes only dark colors and darkness.
Even though their personalities and tastes are remarkably different, Fumikage is not bothered by Mina's outgoing personality when speaking or working with her and Mina is not bothered by Fumikage's constant seriousness and admires him.
Both are among the more visually striking members of their class, both have Quirks that are related with things not typically identified with heroism (Darkness for Fumikage, Acid for Mina). Even if they are not in the same agency of Heroes, Fumikage and Mina are long distance fighters and more than once they have been seen to form a good team and work excellently together, protecting each other as seen in the second film.
The first interaction between Fumikage and Mina was in Season 2 in their fight at the U.A. Sports Festival. The fight didn't last long and ended with Fumikage as the victor, using almost none of her Quirk, only telling Dark Shadow to attack her and push her back to the edge of the field without hurting her. Even if she missed the opportunity to stand out in front of Professional Heroes, Mina did not take this personally and rather she said it was fun. Mina also supported Fumikage during her fight against Katsuki Bakugou at the Festival and got angry when she was losing.
Mina and Fumikage are not seen interacting again until Season 3. When Izuku Midoriya ends up in the hospital after the Vanguard Action Squad's attack on the forest camp, some students from Class 1-A go to see him and in some hospital scenes, Mina and Fumikage can be seen together a couple of times as they talk about how rescuing Katsuki (who was kidnapped by the villains during the camp) is a job for professional heroes and not for students.
After the students moved into the Heights Alliance, the girls suggest a room showcasing competition, much to the surprise of Fumikage and the other boys. Mina (along with Toru Hagakure) are among the most interested in seeing Fumikage's room but he refuses to participate and stands in front of his room's door so that no one can enter. Mina and Toru push him away from the door so they can see the room, forcing him to participate in the competition. Mina and her companions see her room and criticize how dark it is, causing Fumikage embarrassed and yelling at everyone to go away.
In the Provisional Hero License Exam, Fumikage and Mina team up to fight the Gang Orca's Sidekicks and, together with Mashirao Ojiro, rescue HUC employees who act as victims of the fake Villains and pass the exam with most of their peers. Before Class 1-A's fight against Mirio Togata in the school gym, the two prepare together to face him, but are quickly defeated by the third year student.
In the second movie "Heroes Rising": during the students' counterattack against Nine's team on Nabu Island, Class 1-A decides to separate the mighty Nine from his team and (among the multiple teams that the Class made to face the Villains) are Fumikage and Mina who face Slice alone, in a dark cave so that Fumikage's Dark Shadow has more strength. While Fumikage faces directly against the Villain, Mina supports him from a distance with her Acid for most of the fight until Fumikage has a hard time taking on Slice.
Fumikage makes an opening for Mina to destroy much of Slice's hair using her Acid Shot super move. Despite losing much of her hair, the villain still has enough to defend herself and shoots multiple blasts of sharp needles at Mina, severely injuring her leg and knocking her out. Fumikage becomes so angry when the Villain hurts Mina that her Dark Shadow escalates to become enormously monstrous (something that happens when she feels huge negative emotions) and viciously attacks Slice.
However, the cavern collapsed on top of them and the sunlight from the sky nullifies Dark Shadow as Fumikage uses his body to shield the wounded Mina while the cavern buries all of them under piles of boulders. While all three are buried, Izuku and Katsuki manage to defeat Nine, saving the island and its inhabitants in the process. Soon, a military force and a large number of heroes arrive on Nabu Island, rescuing the civilians and medically treating Class 1-A and Hawks rescues Fumikage and Mina from the pile of rocks. When Mina is carried on a stretcher after the fight, Fumikage accompanies her to the infirmary. Mina smiles weakly, gives Fumikage a thumbs up, and pats Dark Shadow on the head, while Dark Shadow mimics Mina's thumb action (for Fumikage's peace of mind).

Fumikage and Mina are rather minor characters in the series, but with still enough screen time to allow fans to create a decent opinion and even grow fond of them to pair them up.
TokoMina is quite a rare-pair in the MHA/BNHA fandom considering their lack of interactions. Regardless, like all rare-pairs big and small, it has still managed to gather a following, and even some fanworks of its own. It is, of course, rivaled by more popular, mainstream ships for the characters, such as TokoTsuyu and TokoShoji for Fumikage, or KiriMina and MinaOcha for Mina.
The most popular thing to notice about them is the striking differences in their personalities; Mina is a loud, giggly socialite, while Fumikage is a dark, rather brooding young man. These differences lead to a potentially interesting dynamic, and easily hold a great appeal to lovers of the “Opposites Attract” trope.
The rather opposing color schemes the two hold are enjoyed by TokoMina fans as well. Mina’s bright, alien pink against Fumikages’s midnight black make for some interesting and aesthetically pleasing fanarts.
