TouSumi is the slash ship between Tojuro Rengoku and Sumihiko Kamado from the Demon Slayer fandom.

In Chapter 205, Kanata Kamado, tries to wake his younger brother Sumihiko up, saying he would be late for school. Sumihiko groggily responds that he is already up but Kanata sees that he is barely awake and leaves for school by himself.
Sumihiko finally wakes up and notices that he was running late, wondering why no one had woken him up. He then gets ready for school and parkours his way out of his window to the bottom of their apartment and sprints for his school. Arriving at a traffic light that had just gone green, Sumihiko attempts to jump over the hood of a police car to avoid having to stop. He startles the policemen inside, who are Sanehiro Shinazugawa and the reincarnation of Genya Shinazugawa. Sanehiro is incensed and believes that Sumihiko must be the one they had received seven reports of. They begin to go after him and Sumihiko runs even faster.
Sumihiko continues to run and is joined by Tojuro Rengoku, who is Senjuro Rengoku's descendant. Greeting the boy, Sumihiko says that it is unusual for him to be late and Tojuro explains that he had woken up at 4am but had gotten absorbed into his training. He says that he couldn't hear anything until his father whacked him and suddenly the police car draws nearer to the boys, asking for Sumihiko to stop. Tojuro says that Sumihiko should get into a sport but the boy responds that it would cut into his sleep with Tojuro being adamant that he would be great at whatever he picked.
The two continue to run, with the police car asking for them to stop as they arrive at their high school where a teacher, who looks like Murata, asks for the gate to be closed as soon as he sees Sumihiko. The person at the gate says that there are still three minutes until it should close but the teacher insists, saying that Sumihiko was a habitual offender. As the gate begins to shut, Sumihiko says he believes they will make it and Tojuro agrees. Both of them somersault over the gate and land inside the school, running for their classes as they laugh carefreely. The police car comes to a halt and Sanehiro walks over to the gate and tells the teacher that they need to talk.

TouSumi became loved by fans when the Volume 23 of the Demon Slayer manga came out in May 18th, 2020. Fans from the Japanese fandom began to make fanarts of them despite only having an appearance on a few pages at the final chapter.
Both Tojuro and Sumihiko tend to take personalities similar to their respective past family members, as they have an obvious physical resemblance. Tojuro, even though he is the descendant of Senjuro Rengoku, shares similarities with Kyojuro Rengoku's personality. He is enthusiastic, optimistic, kind, outgoing, and extremely passionated for training Kendo, which could possibly be a direct allusion to Flame Breathing. On the other hand, Sumihiko has a somewhat lazier personality as he is a sleepyhead and loves to sleep so much, the most different trait from his Taisho era counterpart and great-great-grandfather, Tanjiro Kamado. Because of their similarities to Kyōjurō/Senjurō and Tanjiro, TouSumi is often shipped alongside RenTan or TanSen.
In fanarts and fanfics, they are commonly represented as the reincarnation of Kyojuro Rengoku and Tanjiro Kamado in the modern era, likewise, they're shipped romantically as a relationship between childhood friends & classmates. Fans had portrayed in their relationship that Sumihiko is much more direct and calm while Tojuro is shy about expressing affection in public, a detail that is supported by shippers as a popular headcanon, since there is not much official content that tells more information about both of them.

- The ship name “Hikomomo” comes from a combination of their kanjis in their first names, (彦 hiko) and (桃 momo). The ship emojis “🐣🍑” come from the fact that (彦 hiko) from Sumihiko's name means “boy” or “accomplished young man,” the “🐣” likely referring to the fact that he is still young, like a baby chicken. It also alluds to the drawings of baby chicks on his bed. The “🍑” being a reference to the kanji in Tojuro's name, (桃 tō), which translates to “peach”. In the ship name “Hikomomo,” they use the same kanji (桃) that is in Tojuro's name, but they use the Kun’yomi reading instead of the Kan’on reading that is used in Tojuro's name.
- In Koyoharu Gotouge Original Art Exhibition Event from 2021, an official acrylic puzzle included both Sumihiko and Toujuro images, along with Tanjiro and Kyojuro pieces. These are their first official merchandise.
