Toyatsuo is the family ship between Toya Todoroki and Natsuo Todoroki from the My Hero Academia fandom.

As seen from the family's past, Touya didn't initially have a good impression of his younger brother upon his birth, due to him having realized what their father was trying to do by having more children. Touya would also tell Natsuo everything about his inner thoughts and turmoil and lean on him for emotional comfort. It's implied that he felt a sense of camaraderie with Natsuo as he considered that they were both their father's "failed creations". To Touya, Natsuo was the only one who could understand him and the only one he could talk to, and when Natsuo suggested that he talked to Fuyumi about his problems instead of him once in a while in Chapter 302, Touya was deeply hurt by the implication that Natsuo was brushing him off, to the point of nearly crying. His supposed death, which happened shortly after his mother went away, greatly affected Natsuo, which caused him to greatly resent his father, whom he considers to be primarily responsible for what happened to Touya, shown in Chapter 250.
Natsuo mentions about Touya, telling Enji that he's the reason he couldn't forgive Enji
Nowadays, Natsuo still remembers Touya and still can't forgive his father for Touya's death, and said that he isn't as kind as Shoto is in Chapter 252. When Touya revealed himself in public in an attempt to attack Enji and Hawks, Natsuo appeared greatly shocked by this despite not knowing his true identity around that time. Around the time of the Paranormal Liberation War Arc, Touya mentions Natsuo when he delivers his speech to Enji, implying he still fondly remembers him despite them not seeing each other in a long time. When Touya revealed his identity as Touya, Natsuo was shown to be horrified when he saw what his 'already dead' older brother had become on his phone. Alas, when Shoto criticizes him for sending a villain (High End) that nearly killed the same brother he loved and depended on in Chapter 292, Touya replies that it was a shame he didn't die because Enji would have suffered more, only caring about inflicting as much suffering onto Enji as possible even if it means sacrificing his family, showing how much hatred he got for Enji that making him could do that without any guilt.
The only reason why Touya refuses to talk to Fuyumi about his pain, but chose Natsuo is because Fuyumi is a girl so he think she won't understand, while since Natsuo is a boy, he think he would understand. In Fuyumi's words, Toya and Natsuo were extremely close to each other, to point of being inseparable as they always played together as kids despite the fact that Touya himself didn't initially have a good impression of his younger brother when he was born due to having figured out that his father was trying to make his new "replacement" in having more children. After reminiscing of Touya and the events that made him become a villain, Natsuo stated that Enji was the root cause for Touya's descent into villainy. However, he also admits that he had a part to play as well, and believes if he'd been more open with his father about his mistreatment of Touya in the past, things wouldn't have turned out so badly, choosing not to place all the blame on his father's shoulders and instead offering to be there with the rest of the family to help his father stop Touya.
