Trihelm is the het ship between Jophiel and Schpood from the ish's State fandom.

Season 2.5[]
Prior to the main storyline, Tricolour and Westhelm had already established a stable alliance early in the event. On Day 7, when the border dropped, both nations collaborated on constructing an underground tunnel that directly connected their territories. This project effectively created a permanent link between the two nations and became a symbol of their cooperation. Despite the significant anti–Island 2 propaganda circulating within Island 1, Tricolour maintained its trust in Westhelm.
Season 2.7[]
Early Event, Jophiel, now known as Briarose and Schpood had minimal interaction despite frequently encountering one another, with the exception of Day 1, Day 5, and the epilogue days. During the early days, Briarose appeared to hold respect or admiration for the Vice President; at Day 2, she defended him when fellow nurses gossiped about his condition and made an attempt to initiate conversation with him.
This dynamic shifted on Day 6. After traveling from No Man’s Land to Imperia’s Jungle District for a scheduled meeting with Schpood, held shortly before the planned invasion of Imperia, Briarose learned that Schpood, as the rebellion’s leader, was not aware of the existence of Project Phoenix. This rendered the efforts of Project Lazarus effectively irrelevant and even dismissed the initiative as a "B plot." During the conversation, Schpood also stated that he held no respect for Briarose due to her being French. This resulted in significant frustration on Briarose’s part, though both individuals remained aligned under the broader objectives of the rebellion.

Fanon[]
Trihelm is a ship between Jophiel and Schpood. It's the rival ship of mainly Schpyder, as well as Seraphiel. Although Jophiel and Schpood have no direct interaction throughout Seasons 2.0 and 2.5, the ship gained traction following a tweet from Jophiel stating that Trihelm had originally been planned to occur through an arranged marriage between the two characters. Schpood later dismissed the claim, noting that he had never been informed of such a storyline in a serious manner prior to the tweet.
Despite this, fan interest in Trihelm continued to grow. Much of the associated fanwork portrays the pairing in a positive or explicitly romantic light, contributing to its steady presence within the fandom.
Fans mainly enjoy picturing Trihelm in an alternate universe where Jophiel at the very least got to meet Schpood before she died, or simply enjoy the ship in a “what if” sense, as many shippers like to imagine the possibilities of what could’ve been, although it is often discussed how the ship is frequently teased, mainly by Jophiel.
Many fans expressed interest in interpretations where Schpood harbored unspoken feelings for the woman he was intended to marry, or where Jophiel served as the figure capable of softening his harsh edges. Some fanworks also explored darker themes, portraying the pair as “doomed soulmates” who, despite being deeply connected, are destined never to be together.
Although most Trihelm fan content centers on Season 2.5, fans frequently imagined the pairing in alternate settings across other seasons. In Season 2.0, for example, Schpood was a KFC employee while Jophiel serves as Theria’s ambassador; this dynamic became popular with fans who labeled it “loser husband and girlboss,” often creating headcanons in which Jophiel regularly visits the restaurant to see him.
Trihelm fanworks also appear in Season 2.7 reinterpretations, where Schpood is often portrayed intentionally getting himself injured as an excuse to visit Briarose at the Ministry of Health.
Some fans also noted that citizens of both Tricolor and Westhelm are often big supporters of the ship. Even Westhelm’s government jokingly agreed to “hating every nation except Tricolor.”
Although enthusiasm for the ship died down somewhat following Schpood’s clarification, Trihelm still gained a dedicated fanbase. Groups such as the Trihelm Nation, Daily Trihelm, and various artists and writers continued to produce content centered on the pairing, helping to maintain its presence within the fandom.
On AO3, Trihelm is the most written ship for Jophiel and the second most written ship for Schpood. It is also the third most written ship in the State SMP tag. There are currently 56 written works.

- On one of Jophiel’s stream on twitch, Schpood gave her sub and was confused about greek gods as Jophiel quoted “Oh we are just being gay here, talking about what Greek gods we would be, what about you?” And Schpood in response, “I don't know any Greek gods" And then Jophiel just started naming him the names of the gods even though he was seamingly silent after that.
- Ish once jokingly asked Schpood if he told his members on his discord server about the child he and Jophiel had.
- Jophiel wrote a Nightmare Trihelm AU about 2.5 in which she sent on the official State Discord talking about how it would be like if the marriage alliance between her and Schpood actually went on.[3]

- Jophiel did actually try to cement Trihelm once more proposing a marriage to Schpood for 2.7 but according to her, “He looked at me as if I was a loon.”
