TsuKanae is the femslash ship between Kanae Kocho and Tsutako Tomioka from the Demon Slayer fandom.
Canon[]
Tsutako and Kanae have never met in the series. But both of them do have some things in common. They are both older sisters of two current Hashira, those being Giyu Tomioka and Shinobu Kocho. Both of their deaths devastated their younger siblings and both of them were viewed as very kind people to their relatives along with a few others. Both of them took very good care of their loved ones. Tsutako had Giyu live with her after their parents died from an illness. Kanae became a Hashira and bought a mansion for not only her and her sister, but she also adopted other individuals who had lost their families. Those being Aoi Kanzaki, Kiyo Terauchi, Naho Takada and Sumi Nakahara. She and Shinobu also adopted Kanao who was abused by her parents and sold into slavery.
Both Kanae and Tsutako’s deaths had a huge toll on their siblings. Tsutako’s death greatly saddened Tomioka and he grew extremely pessimistic after her death. Shinobu was extremely devastated and she grew a strong hatred for demons and was almost constantly angered state after her sister’s death, along with the deaths of few other people she cared about. Lastly, both of their family members wear something in order to remember both of their elder sisters. Shinobu wears the exact same Haori her sister wore when she was alive and Giyu had his haori designed so that half of it matches the Kimono her sister wore when she was living.
So while two may not have met. Both of them had major impacts on their relatives' lives. Both of them are very missed by their relatives who thrive to continue living for them. The lost of these two is likely what lead to their family members to become the people they are now. Shinobu tries her best to maintain the smile Kanae always loved and also wants to be that same motherly figure that the others at the Butterfly Mansion viewed her. And Giyu also has great respect for her sister to a point where he even had his Haori designed just so he could have something left to remember her.
Overall, Kanae and Tsutako have never interacted. But the two are quite similar in personality and character. And both of them continue to watch over their remaining family from above and cheer them on as they make their way into battle.

TsuKanae is a rarepair among the fandom. A reason could be them not interacting. However, this is currently one of Tsutako's only ships. It is often overshadowed by Kanae's more popular ship (SaneKana). Despite being a rarepair, it is still supported by some fans. A lot of fans tend to ship them together because they believe the two would grow a close bond if they met and eventually become lovers.
Some fans also ship them because they are the older sisters of Giyu and Shinobu, which is a very popular ship in the fandom.
Tsutako canonically had a fiancé, but people don't necessarily hold that against the ship since Tsutako's fiancé was never shown onscreen. The gender of her fiancé remained unrevealed as well. While many would assume her fiancé was a male, some believe there was a possibility that Tsutako's fiancé was female. It is unknown if Tsutako is straight or lesbian but some fans believe Kanae is pansexual. Gacha Life and Gacha Club users tend to ship the two quite often and make videos featuring the pairing.
This ship is sometimes paired with other more popular femslash ships such as NezuKana and ShinoMitsu. However, TsuKanae is mostly shipped alongside the het ship GiyuShino, the ship between both of their younger siblings.
