Twijack is the femslash ship between Applejack and Twilight Sparkle from the My Little Pony fandom.

Canon

My Little Pony: Equestria Girls – Friendship Games

In the movie "My Little Pony: Equestria Girls – Friendship Games", Twilight Sparkle is nervous during archery, in which Applejack helped her with honesty. Applejack almost clapped hands with Twilight, but to her surprise she received a thankful hug.

Better Together: Season 1

In the episode "A Fine Line", Applejack hangs with Twilight and waits in line. In the episode "My Little Shop of Horrors", Twilight is in charge of tending to Celestia's garden. When Twilight waters the plant, the plant comes to life but is in desperate need of more water. Twilight sends an SOS text to Applejack in response to this due to the latter's intelligence in herbs. Upon arriving, Applejack simply switches on the sprinklers.

In the episode "Outtakes" Twilight and Applejack arrive to the Canterlot animal shelter to assist Fluttershy in producing a commercial. They tell her that she perfectly captured the fun of having a pet.

Rollercoaster of Friendship

Twilight and the others are trapped inside Vignette's phone. Upon successfully finding a hack, she has the ability to contact others in the reality outside the phone. Twilight contacts Applejack and instructs her to install a virus on Vignette's phone that should release them from cyberspace. Suddenly, Applejack hears Twilight's voice coming from somewhere aside from the phone. When Applejack opens the nearby door, she finds Twilight in an empty white room.

The Cider Louse Fools

Applejack and her family are setting a holiday harvest and cider-making party. Applejack decides to invite Twilight to her house. Applejack mentions to Twilight that Flim and Flam swindle her and her family at the party every year. The Apple family decides to out-swindle the Flim Flam brothers this year by setting with Twilight's assistance. Twilight plans to use the cider-making party to their advantage and ask Flim and Flam to sell a jug of salt-and-pepper water instead of real apple cider. However, Flim and Flam had seen through their deception. They offer to trade some of the Apple family's cider with a fake diamond. Once the trade is fulfilled, Flim and Flam drive off. The Apple family thought Flim and Flam swindled them again, but Twilight reveals that she predicted that the brothers would see through their deception. Twilight claimed she had set up cardboard standees of fake party guests, making the brothers believe the party had started early, causing them to claim the salt-and-pepper water anyways. The family and Twilight celebrate over cider.

Twijack is not a very popular ship, but Twilight and Applejack have a great combination of personality that triggers the trope "Opposites Attract", since Twilight Sparkle is the brain and Applejack is the brawn. Twilight hangs out with Sunset Shimmer more than Applejack, but in the digital series, Applejack always hangs with Twilight. Twilight and Applejack are close friends, and they form great teamwork and always help each other when the other is in need.
