The current requirements for ship pages are:

Ace and Deuce are two of the first friends Yuu (aka the MC) makes from the Heartslabyul dorm, and at the school in general besides Grim. After Ace, Yuu and Grim got in trouble for damaging the Queen of Hearts statue, Ace tries to get out of cleaning windows and after the two run into Deuce they ask him to help them catch Ace. Leading to Deuce summoning a cauldron to drop on Ace, but after filling Deuce in on why the three of them were punished, they realized that Grim took off while Ace and Deuce were fighting, Yuu has the two freshmen help them to catch the little monster they were responsible for.

Ace and Deuce are seen as the two best friends of the game's MC, Yuu. With them spending time with Yuu and Grim for most of the main storyline, before chapter 6 was released and has the chapter take place beyond Night Raven College. Having Epel and Rook taking Ace and Deuce's place in the 6th book, just as book 7 has Silver and Sebek replacing the two after Overblot Malleus put the whole school to sleep.

AzuRid is the ship between the Housewardens of Heartslabyul and Octavinelle, and is one of the the rival ships of FloRid and AzuJami. The ship's support rose after they were paired up as a team in book 6, similar to how the two paired up to chase Grim in the game's prologue.

Deuce is the second friend Yuu (the MC) makes from the Heartslabyul dorm. They met when Yuu and Grim ask Deuce to help them stop Ace Trappola from getting out of detention, and Deuce aids them by dropping a summoned cauldron on Ace. Yuu then fills Deuce in on the situation and after watching Deuce fight with Ace, they realise that Grim took off to skip detention like Ace tried to.

Like with Ace, some fans like to ship the MC with Deuce from feeling that they have known him the longest, besides Ace and Grim. The times when Deuce is shown to be a good friend to Yuu has helped to draw in supporters for DeuYuu, but the popularity of Adeuce tends to overshadow it. Part from when fans are supporting AdeuYuu, so they can ship Deuce with both the MC and Ace.

FloYuu is the name of the ship between the main character and one of the members of the Octavinelle dorm, Floyd Leech. Floyd's ocean themed nickname for Yuu, "Little Shrimp", is the main reason why fans use shrimps to reference the MC. With either the shrimp emoji, the head of one or simply draw Yuu as a shrimp.
With the manga adaption of book 3 showcasing moments between Floyd and the MC's third manga counterpart, Mito Yuuta, it has inspired some fans to base their FloYuu fanworks around the manga. Though there are those who still prefer to feature Floyd, or any other TWST character, with their own personal take on Yuu; as OCs.

Before book 7 showcased Cater as a Heartslabyul Housewarden in his dream, fans thought of him as one of the Twisted Card Guard parallel characters, but Cater showing loyalty towards Riddle after he took his crown has got them to wonder if another part of Cater's character could possibly be drawn from the King of Hearts.[1][2] With Riddle modelled after the Queen of Hearts, and the original animated Disney film of Alice in Wonderland showed the King to be kind and loyal toward his tyrant wife.

Although the two don't get along and aren't fond of one another, Idia being a cat person and one of his original dialogues, on the JP server before it got changed on the EN one, does have Idia say that Leona is cute. With the two as the TWST/Beastmen counterparts of Scar and Simba, fans sometimes base their fanwork of the two on scenes from the original The Lion King film. Because of Cheka's young age and fondness for his uncle, the scenes they use are mostly of young Simba talking to his uncle Scar, as they are the best way to reference both the TWST characters and the Disney characters they were modelled after.

Yuu the MC and Grim were collecting chestnuts in the botanical gardens when they heard a gruff noise which was revealed to be Savanaclaw’s current house warden, Leona Kingscholar, it is that the MC accidentally tripped on his tail. Leona remembers Yuu from the sorting ceremony recognizing that their the student that can’t use magic even after sniffing them confirms this. Grouchy at being woken up he threatens the MC, until Ruggie intervene to diffuses the situation leaving MC and Grim who are intimidated by the encounter. With the MC comparing him to a lion. When the prefect met Leona they mistook him for the caretaker of the botanical gardens, from not knowing who he is at that time, and it being the place Leona tends to hang out.
The MC meets Leona again when MC and the gang investigate whats happening to Spelldrive players, recognizing them as the same human who stepped on his tale. Just as the prefect recognised Leona as the guy from the botanical gardens in book one. Leona challenges the MC and the gang to a game of spelldrive only for Leona to beat them horribly, he was able to proceed to challenge to another match until Jack Howl intervened.
When book three had the prefect and Grim removed from the Ramshackle dorm by Azul Ashengrotto, after making a deal with him to help their friends, Jack takes them to Leona. Who wasn't too keen to on the idea of them living in the Savanaclaw dorm, or Ruggie's subjection of Yuu and Grim sleeping in his room until they get their dorm back.

Leona is a popular character in the western fan base though the ship itself is not wildly known in the western fan base garnered attention in the fandom. Leona is also a popular character in the Japanese fandom, and the ship is more prevalent featuring Leona alongside with the female prefect (in both the second manga adaption of the MC and people's own personal OC takes on Yuu). With his grouchy yet attentive caring nature shines though as seen when he looks after the younger students including the prefect.
There is fan art in the Japanese fandom featuring them together, one of them with the perfect letting him rest on their lap or them napping together.
Leona playful teases and flirting with the perfect during there relationship and in some art Leona staying at ramshackle dorm due to peace and quiet, he is seen on the couch to catch a nap Leona’s caring side pops up at time as he helps the perfect with their school assignments. Leona even cooked for them at one occasion in the dorm.

MalleSil is one of the ships between members of the Diasomnia dorm, next to LiliSil, MalleSebe and a few others. It might be seen as one of the rarepairings between the two characters, and there are those who think that MalleSil should be platonic than romantic, the ship does has its own loyal supporters. Attention on MalleSil started to go up after book seven came out, with it focusing on the Diasomnia dorm and the backstory origins of both Malleus and Silver.
The two being raised by Lilia on two separate occasions, and Malleus watching Silver grow up during his visits to Lilia, it got fans to wonder if MalleSil should be marked as a familyship instead. Thinking that they're more like brothers, because of their connection to Lilia. There have been a few AUs that have child Malleus grow up beside child Silver. Some MalleLili supports, however, have Malleus serving as a second father to Silver. Although people like to think that Silver and Malleus are close in their own way, there are theories of Malleus possibly being jealous of Silver, from how he is the one who gets to call Lilia father, while Malleus does not. As well as feeling envy for the bond Silver and Lilia with one another. While Malleus never got to meet his parents and Lilia was one of the few people who made time for him, before Silver came along.
With it being known from the start that Malleus's character is based upon Maleficent, there were questions on who Silver was modelled after. At first people assumed that Silver's drowsy spells was a nod to the spindle of the spinning wheel, until the events of book seven (when it was still on the Japanese server) got people to think that Silver's character was inspired from Aurora. The book having references to the 2014 Maleficent film inspired fans to feature Malleus and Silver in scenes from the film. Silver's icon being a sword, the way Silver looks looks at the portrait of dragon Maleficent in the groovy card of his Platinum Jacket, and the fact Silver's birth father was the one who slay Malleus's mother, got another group to think that Silver has some Prince Phillip-like traits. This plays into the theory of Silver possibly finding himself fighting Malleus in his dragon form.

Dire Crowley, Divus Crewel, Mozus Trein, Ashton Vargas and Sam are the main staff members of Night Raven College, from how they are seen in the main story and sometimes appear in both vignettes and events. Like the cooking events that sometimes have the school's staff serve as judges beside the selected student judges. With Crowley as the college's headmage, Crewel serves as the alchemy teacher who teaches the students potion making, Trein over sees history class and brings his cat familiar, Lucius to them, while Vargas is the coach who teaches PE. As for Sam, he runs a shop that sells every thing and any thing. There are also some ghosts who serve as staff and the mention of a nurse, but they aren't focused on that much.

Although fans of the Twisted Wonderland fandom focus on the school's students and dorms, there are those who take time to favour the college's five staff members. Due to how mysterious Crowley is and the theory that he might be Raverne Draconia, he is sometimes left out in the fanworks of the staff. Just as Sam is sometimes left out, from not being a teacher like the others are. When the 4th anniversary had the staff as guests at the anniversary party, fans liked the way that both the event and Grim's groovy card focuses on them. From how the three previous anniversaries had Yuu and Grim party with their fellow students, making the 4th anniversary celebration feel unique.
Must like with the Housewardens, who have overbloted and are modelled after the seven Disney villains that make up the Great Seven, there are theories that Crewel, Trein, Vargas and Sam might be descendants of the Disney characters they were modelled after. With two previous events revealing that the Great Seven weren't the only Disney villains who play apart in the game's lore and history, it has got fans to wonder if other Disney villains are also part of the game's lore.
From time to times, fans like to create and add in other staff members, that are based on Disney villains that the game hasn't used. As well as to fill in the school's departments that weren't explored or don't show the staff members that run them, like giving the mysterious nurse a name and a face. Thinking that the school can't be limited to only five members of staff, and couldn't help but wonder who the college's other staff members are.

With the manga adaption of book 1 showcasing moments between Riddle and the MC's first manga counterpart, Enma Yuuken, it has inspired some fans to base their RiddleYuu fanworks around the manga. Though there are those who still prefer to feature Riddle, or any other TWST character, with their own personal take on Yuu; as OCs.
Because Riddle's character is based upon the Queen of Hearts, it got to some RiddleYuu fans to draw depict or simply dress the MC up as Alice. Just as some MalleYuu artworks have Yuu resemble or make references to Princess Aurora.

The support surrounding VilIdia rose after book 6, with Idia calling Vil gorgeous and then with Vil saving Idia as he was falling into the Underworld. Fans have compared that later scene with the one from Hercules, that has the titular hero losing his youth while saving someone's soul from falling deeper into the underworld.

VilNeige is one of the ships between a Night Raven College student with a Royal Sword Academy student, next to CheRid. Like with Riddle and Che'nya, fans like the way Vil and Neige have history with one another. As it gets fans to explore that history for the ship, since Neige hasn't appeared much in the game after making his first appearance in book 5. With him making a few appearances in events and book 7 having dream versions of Neige.
Some people like to think of VilNeige as a slash ship version of Queen Snow and Snow Queen, with Vill and Neige's characters modelled after the Evil Queen and Snow White. Some of the fanworks on the two have made references to their original Disney counterparts, like having Vil give Neige a poisoned apple. Like how Vil tried to poison Neige with apple juice in chapter five of the game's main storyline. Along with dressing the two up as the Evil Queen and Snow White.
