UmeKoto is the het ship between Hajime Umemiya and Kotoha Tachibana from the Wind Breaker fandom.
Canon[]
They grew up together at Furinen Orphanage. He often does on Kotoha, while he describes and refers her as his little sister. She appears embarrassed by how he treats her. While she expresses her annoyance at this and denies the designation of a "little sister," these two still maintain a close relationship. They both enjoy cooking and growing plants; Hajime is seen showing her pictures of his seedings and talking with her about his gardening projects excitedly. They both seem to still be very attached to their friends and "family" at Furinen Orphanage, with her phone background picturing him and the other kids at the orphanage.
History[]
Back then they were together at Furinen Orphanage when they're little. When he's 9 years old, he's not eating with the kids because he's sad, he don't want and he give it to Yuki and he can't taste it anyway and he left the table. After this, he came back with Yuki and the kids ask him if he's hurt, but he says sorry to them because he's okay and they're having a dinner. They cooked omurice for everyone, he tastes the omurice that his parents cooked a meal for him and it was delicious. They want him as a family and they called Umemiya a "Big Brother" and he want emotional. He remembers that day with his parents are together, turns out she's pregnant and he's so excited to be a big brother. But, his parents died by hitting a truck to try to save and protect him to sacrifice themselves. He called her a "Little Sister" to Kotoha and they know each other.
Shishitoren Arc[]
Years later, He opens the door and came to see her again. She was embarrassed by how he treats her like that. He shows pictures to her using his phone, showing about these vegetables and plants he planted and it grows. Sakura ask him if he have a girlfriend but no. He calls her his little sister, it was confirmed that they were raised in the same facility, and the rest is what Umemiya decided on his own. Sakura ask is she a little or older sister and about her age but she's 16, but he thought she looks like a 22 years old. He throws a table that she's grown up or something but she stops it and Hajime calms Sugishita down. She serves omurice to everyone but she tell him to shut it up and they started to eat. After that, they came to say goodbye to her and she was embarrassed to him. She'll handled the rest and they walked away.
After the fight between Shishitoren, they came back at the cafe. He really missed her that he came back together with the Furin High students, she ignores him and she's glad that they're back. She was so happy and she glad that they see them alongside with the Furin High students.
Noroshi Arc[]
After the battle of Noroshi, everyone is celebrating the Thank You Party with everyone. He appreciate they bought a bunch of food that they're here to thanks them, and even Kotoha that she embarrassed him and the workers laughed at her. And now they're celebrating.
