Undertale ships. This page is for ships with a lack of content, or for ships with minimal interactions. Please add as much content as you can to the sections below. Once a ship meets the requirements, you are welcome to create a page.
The current requirements for ship pages are:
- 20 sentences split between the canon and fanon sections, with content in both sections.
- One minimum link under the fandom section (e.g. AO3 tags, Tumblr links)

NicePants[]
NicePants is the slash ship between Burgerpants and the Nice Cream Guy.

Undertale[]
In Undertale, according to a rarely-seen bit of dialogue from Burgerpants, the two know each other. Burgerpants mentions that the Nice Cream Guy often visits the MTT Resort to gauge Burgerpants' opinions on his 'jokes' he writes for his ice cream wrappers. One of the jokes in question simply contains "A picture of two dudes hugging" and the words "I love hugs!" Despite finding the jokes unfunny, Burgerpants tells him they're good, as he always get free nice cream afterwards.
In the same dialogue, it is also shown that the Nice Cream Guy calls Burgerpants "Burgy" as a nickname.
Deltarune[]
In Deltarune, the Nice Cream Guy and Pizzapants (Burgerpants' name in Deltarune) are co-workers at ICE-E's P"E"ZZA. Pizzapants calls the Nice Cream Guy "Blue Ears" and describes him as soft serve obsessed and having no concept of personal space, he is also described as constantly spilling slushies on Pizzapants and giggling, overall seeming to suggest a possible crush.
In Chapter 2, the Nice Cream Guy comments on Pizzapants being more energetic stating "Seeing him happy makes me happy too!!"
Fanon[]
Besides their interactions within the canon story, many also ship these two characters because of their generally opposing personalitlies, seeing the contrast between Nice Cream Guy's enthusiastic, cheerful disposition and Burgerpants's negativity and sarcasm as an interesting or cute dynamic. Many Undertale fanworks that feature both characters, such as AUs and stories taking place after the events of the game, give the two some from of connection, either as friends or a couple.
While it isn't one of the fandom's most well-known ships overall, Nicepants has a decent following and is the most popular ship for either character. The most notable rival ship, Cattypants, is far less prevalent.
