Uosuka is the femslash ship between Vodka and Daiwa Scarlet from the Umamusume: Pretty Derby fandom.

Umamusume: Pretty Derby[]
Vodka and Scarlet are roomates at the Japan Umamusume Training Center Academy. Their rivalry inspires and motivates them, bickering often but striving to best one another in races. Their career routes both pertain to the other and their quest to overtake each other.
Vodka Career Mode[]
During Vodka's introduction, she states one of her career goals to be to "shut up that pain in the butt who's always blabbin' about being number one", referring to Daiwa Scarlet. Scarlet quickly interjects, and the two devolve into arguing about who will come out on top, resolving to settle it on the racecourse.
After Vodka's debut, Scarlet seeks her out, asking about her participation in a G1 race. Vodka preens, expecting Scarlet to praise her for taking on a difficult race at the beginning of her career, but Scarlet simply laughs and walks away.
After Vodka's race in the Hanshin J.F., she ponders which race to enter next. Scarlet appears, demanding she enter the Tulip Sho. She says she saw Vodka run (quickly clarifying that she wasn't watching on purpose and only happened to see her), and calls her victory a fluke, saying she'll show her up at the Tulip Sho. After she takes her leave, Vodka confidently picks the Tulip Sho as her next race, even though it's an irregular agenda.
Before the Tulip Sho, Vodka explains to her trainer that Scarlet insulted her again the previous night, telling Vodka not to act proud when she hasn't achieved anything more than her. Vodka admits that she feels more motivated than ever because Scarlet is in the running, and the trainer remarks that "Scarlet helps ease Vodka's tension just by existing".
In the event that Vodka wins the Tulip Sho, Scarlet concedes that she'll let Vodka be the victor for the day, but will destroy her at the upcoming Oka Sho. In the event she loses the Tulip Sho, she angrily challenges Scarlet to a rematch at the Oka Sho. After Vodka leaves, Scarlet tells the trainer that she's noticed Vodka's rough and powerful running style, asking about her training regimen.
When deciding her next races, Vodka agonizes over pursuing her dream of winning the Japanese Derby or challenging Scarlet in her upcoming races. She says that before, she would've discarded Scarlet to get to the Derby, but now she feels potential in Scarlet's running. She decides to momentarily give up her chance at the Triple Crown and Tiara titles to pursue both the Derby and Scarlet.
At the Fan Fest, Daiwa Scarlet wins a love confession contest. Vodka teases her afterwards, accusing her of never actually saying anything like that, but Scarlet retorts that she just did what it took to win. Later, during fan interviews, Vodka confesses that she wanted to have a slow and steady career like Scarlet, but her personality calls her to be more impulsive and carefree.
At the end of Year 2 summer camp, Vodka declares her next goal to be winning the Shuka Sho, wanting to see for herself exactly why Scarlet calls herself "number one". She states that she feels like they've both changed over the summer, and wants Scarlet to be the one to show her something cool.
At the end of Year 3 summer camp, Vodka reflects on her own sense of self-improvement. She says she finally feels like she's found something to be proud of, and she's finally ready to take on Scarlet.

Umamusume Pretty Derby - Umamusumeshi[]
In Volume 1 Chapter 4, Vodka orders Level 10 Spicy Curry from the cafeteria to look cool. Scarlet, following close behind, orders the same thing, casually eating it while wondering to herself why Vodka ordered such spicy food when she can't handle spice. Determined to show her up, Vodka eats the entirety of the curry through tears. Scarlet leaves her to get dessert, and Vodka laments that she can't also get some because it would damage her cool image. Scarlet returns with dessert, explaining that she accidentally got too much and insisting that Vodka eat half. Vodka notices that Scarlet grabbed two plates despite this "accident", and eats the desserts while renewing her determination to beat her.
