UsaMina is the femslash ship between Usagi Tsukino and Minako Aino from the Sailor Moon fandom.

Canon

In their past life during the Silver Millennium, Minako was Sailor Venus and protected and cared for Princess Serenity. Following the ruin of the Moon Kingdom, the two are reincarnated in Tokyo during the 20th century. The two share many similarities in appearance and personality, with both having long blonde hair and blue eyes. Both are quite romantic, laid-back individuals, who both happen to have pet cats. They also both dislike math and english class, and like video games.

In Codename: Sailor V, Minako has recurring dreams of someone calling for her and her help, who turns out to be Princess Serenity. A few times she crosses paths with Usagi, but doesn't talk to her and is unaware of their future friendship. Once she awakens as Sailor Venus, she recognizes her mission to find the princess and her other allies.

Once Usagi learns who Sailor V is, she becomes kind of an idol to her, wishing she could be like her. When Sailor Venus first appears, she pretends to be the Moon Princess in order to protect the safety of Usagi, who is actually the princess, from the Dark Kingdom. Usagi thinks to herself that it's like a dream that Sailor V, who she has admired for a while, is right in front of her and the princess. Later when Usagi awakens as the Princess, she is deeply overcome with emotion and Venus tries to comfort her.

90's Anime

After Mamoru is kidnapped by the Dark Kingdom, Minako visits Usagi to cheer her up. Minako suggests changing up her hairstyle to make her feel better. Minako relaxes Usagi by brushing her hair for her and talking about all the kinds of styles they could try.

In episode 92, Usagi is walking to Rei's house to study when she sees Minako in the game center. Usagi rushes in a shouts at her, angry because everyone agreed to actually study that day. Then a handsome boy, Haruka walks in, and Usagi and Minako are both enthralled, especially the latter. Minako decides to follow Haruka, and Usagi tags along even though Minako says she doesn't really have to.

When Usagi is accused of being Sailor Moon by Kaolinite, Minako disguises herself as Sailor Moon to protect Usagi.

Fanon

UsaMina sailed due to Usagi and Minako being so similar. This is strengthened further in the anime, where their personalities are even more alike. However, they are thought to be different in ways, with Minako being extroverted and willing to fight enemies, whereas Usagi is less so. Though Minako can act quite aloof, her undying devotion to Usagi makes their relationship strong and helps fuel the ship. Since she is the leader of the Senshi meant to protect Usagi, she is sometimes thought to understand Usagi best out of the others. Some people prefer the ship as a broship, often comparing the two to be like sisters.
