UzuHina is the het ship between Tengen Uzui and Hinatsuru from the Demon Slayer fandom.
Canon[]
Tengen and Hinatsuru come from well-known families, with Uzui’s having a sligthly higher status. His clan has always been known for making the boys take three wives, and Tengen was no exception. At one point he married three women, among whom was Hinatsuru herself. Shortly afterwards they left the clan and started living independently.
Uzui introduced them to his own personal ideology: they must always put their lives first, placing it even before the duty. Hinatsuru later admits that despite them debing demon hunters, it’s not such a bad idea – resenting death and wanting to live. As long as they adhere to it, Tengen himself will be happy too, she thinks. In an additional anime scene, all four visit Tengen’s brothers’ grave, they eat and drink there. When a gust of wind leaves a blossom petal in Hina’s hair, Uzui reaches out and takes it off. She asks him to give the petal to her. Tengen seems perplexed, since there are a lot of petals all over the graveyard, but Hina says she wants that only petal, the one he took out of her hair.
Years later, in order to investigate mysterious disappearances in the Entertainment District, Hinatsuru infiltrates it as an oiran – a high ranking courtesan. She gets discovered and detained, and after she stops sending letters to Uzui, he starts suspecting the worst. She gets poisoned, and when Uzui finds her, Hinatsuru can barely talk. He embraces her and gives her an antidote; Tengen tells Hina that he will send her to a safe place while he takes care of the demon. She apologizes for not completing her mission, but he doesn’t blame her for anything, instead pulling her closer to his chest.
Later Uzui fights the Demons, and Hinatsuru comes out to help him. She fires kunai (a form of dagger) at the enemy, but soon gets captured by him. Uzui lashes out, screaming at Gyutaro to let her go, but gets held down, unable to help his wife. Scared for her life, he looks desperate. When Tanjiro saves Hina, Uzui tells him that he now has his gratitude.

UzuHina is usually shipped as part of UzuiWives and as a standalone ship can be considered a rarepair. The ship gained popularity after the release of the second season of anime, since the studio that animated the episodes added additional scenes and frames that make Uzui and Hina’s relationship slightly stand out (compared to how it was portrayed in manga). Tengen and Hinata two got to fight side by side, which makes any married couple seem even more attractive. Besides, Hinatsuru 's life was put to risk twice, and both times Tengen expressed his intense feelings for her. Tengen also uses an affectionate name for Hinatsuru — Hina (雛), which means a doll, a little bird.
Some fans have theorized that Hinatsuru is acutally Tengen's favourite wife, although he mentioned that he loves all his wives equally. This could be because she's a great fighter, having lots of courage and not being afraid to put others before herself.
