ValKitty is the non-binary ship between Valentino and Kitty from the Hazbin Hotel fandom.
Canon[]
Kitty is the name given to Valentino's robot maid, who is mostly seen fetching him drinks. Val also has Kitty serve and fetch drinks for his fellow Vees, as shown in the meeting between the three Overlords in "Radio Kills the Video Star." Although not much of their relationship was showcased in the first season, Valentino is mostly seen mistreating Kitty. With him barking orders at them, throws the drinks they serve him, and during the song "Poison," Val flicks the cigarette he took from Angel at Kitty's face, before taking the drink they were serving him. While Kitty was waiting for Valentino by his seat in the studio, and after Val takes the drink Kitty walks a few steps away from him.
The second season shows that Kitty does have other roles than just serving drinks, as well as accompanying Valentino outside the tower. As "New Pentious" shows a video recording of Kitty attending "Happy Valentino day" as a guest at Val's celebration, while "Scream Rain" has Kitty holding an umbrella for Val as he waits for Angel outside a motel. "Curtain Calls" also reveals that Kitty has a combat mode, after Valentino and Kitty walked into the penthouse and discover Husk and Cherri trying to leave with Angel, Val orders Kitty to attack them. At first Valentino stood on the side-line as Kitty attacked them, until Husk got passed Kitty to fight Valentino one on one while Cherri handles Kitty, since she is holding the bag they placed Angel in. Kitty ends up being destroyed by Cherri with a bottle, while Husk defeats Val and ends up damaging one of the moth demon's wings.

ValKitty is one of the rare few non-binary ships of the Hazbin Hotel fandom, making it a rarepairing with it being overshadowed by StaticMoth for a large part of the series. Along with Kitty having limited number of moments in the series, making it hard for people to be drawn towards Kitty's ships. Because Kitty is mostly seen with Valentino, it has made ValKitty their main ship.
With the show's sister series, Helluva Boss introducing Asmodeus and Fizzarolli to the Hellaverse, it started a theory of Valentino modelling himself after the King of Lust, with people seeing him as the Pride Ring's Overlord of Lust (before Valentino was confirmed to be the Film Overlord), and required Kitty to serve as his Fizzarolli. From how Val's main style bears a similar energy to one of Asmodeus's known forms, while Kitty is modelled from a line of sex robots that were based upon Fizz. Even though Val is shown to mostly use Kitty as a servant rather than a sexual companion, him flicking a cigarette butt at Kitty's head subjects that Val treats them no better than the way he treats Angel Dust. Making Valentino more like Mammon, who has used a pair of Fizz robs as arm candy; just like how the Addict music video and Dirty Healing prequel comic showcased Val with his own arm candy.
Although Helluva Boss subjects that Valentino may have ordered Kitty from the company that makes the Fizzy robots, from one of the other Rings, another group have theorized that Kitty was possibly built from scratch for Val by Vox. Since Kitty's smile and nails are the same shade of blue as the TV demon's, while their red, white and black color scheme is believed to be a reference to Kitty's moth demon owner and master. Before it was confirmed in "Curtain Calls," fans always liked the idea of Kitty having some sort of combat mode, as fanfics sometimes have Valentino order Kitty to use this mode on his employees than just intruders. Along with depicting Kitty as Valentino's personal assassin, depending on the fan artist and writer. Fanfics also feature Kitty doing maid tasks, like maintaining Val's penthouse and other kind of chores fans don't see Val doing himself, as fans feel Kitty is more than just the moth demon's drink server.

Trivia[]
- One of the animation directors of SPINDLEHORSE, Skye Henwood (who goes by Hat Teeth Twitter) has included Valentino in a drawing she did of Kitty. As Val orders Kitty to dance for "Papi", while serving him and Vox drinks.[1]
