Velionie is the femslash ship between Veliona and Bronie from the Honkai fandom.
Canon[]
Veliona and Bronie have not interacted outside of minor event dialogues. The main thing that connects them is that they are alternate versions of Bronya and Seele, with vastly different personalities. Veliona is Seele's alter ego, and Bronie is an alternate bubble universe version of Bronya from the Captainverse.
As seen on the official social medias, Bronie first finds out about Veliona while looking into intel on other worlds. She is quite intrigued and proud of herself to have found this "juicy" intel.[1] The rest of their interactions are in the Schicksal Cap Hoarder event. Veliona manages the shop inside Bronie's bar. It is evident from their interactions that Veliona is not soft on Bronie just because she looks like Bronya. In fact, she is annoyed at Bronie not allowing her to drink and eager to pick fights with her as well.
In gameplay, Haxxor Bunny (Bronie) is the one of the best supports for Starchasm Nyx (Veliona). Veliona's leader skill grants more damage to her charged attacks when having a Bronya battlesuit on her team, which counts Bronie. Veliona's passive also benefits from the enemy taking rapid hits of ice damage during her burst, which is best done by Bronie because of her being an off-field support. Both have since been powercrept by newer ice supports and DPSs in the meta.

Velionie is a relatively well-known rarepair in the Honkai Impact 3rd fandom. Compared to other rarepairs, it has a good amount of fan art. The main appeal is that they are a different version of Bronseele. Veliona is Seele's volatile and ruthless alter-ego, while Bronie is a more cheeky and expressive version of Bronya. Shippers saw these personalities and imagined that they would have a fun "rivals to lovers" dynamic. Fan arts often depict Bronie teasing Veliona, or the two bantering. The ship is also appealing for its contrasting red x blue color scheme.
In Honkai: Star Rail, the character Silver Wolf is an alternate version of Bronie. Fans have noticed that similar to Bronie, Silver Wolf doesn't have her own version of Seele. This lead people to shipping Silver Wolf with her own version of Veliona, naming the ship "WolfVel."
