Velmilla is the femslash ship between Velvette and Carmilla Carmine from the Hazbin Hotel fandom.

Canon

Carmilla and Velvette only interact in one episode, Scrambled Eggs. Although the two of them are overlords, their lines of work are very different one another's and do not get along. As shown in the episode, with Vel using her phone to troll Carmilla, who tried to hide her dislike for Velvette during a meeting with their fellow overlords. After Vel insulted Zestial, however, Carmilla berates Vel for her behaviour. Along with refusing to confirm Velvette's suspicion of her being the one who killed an angel. As unlike Velvette, who cannot see why Hell's best weapon dealer would avoid war, Carmilla doesn't wish for Hell to go to war with Heaven. Not wanting to risk the lives of her daughters.

Season 1

Scrambled Eggs

While Carmilla was trying to explain the serious situation about the exterminations during their meeting, Velvette suddenly arrived on a call with Vox, interrupting her speech while she looked at her annoyed. Then Carmilla asks Velvette if the other vees are coming and she answers no because they "have better shit to do than to listen to an old windbag who thinks she's tough shit", while recording it with a poop filter. While Carmilla continued talking, Velvette interrupted again, throwing the dead angel's head from the past extermination and saying that as a result of that she and the other vees were making an assault plan. After that, Zestial denied Velvette's idea of attacking blindly for such a simple test, which made Velvette start insulting him by calling him old, fossil annd other things, Carmilla turned against her. There begins the song Respectless where Camila calls out Velvette for his insolence while Velvette still insists that they should fight and is proud of disrespecting her. At the end of the song, it is implied that Velvette already knows that Carmilla was the one who killed the angel and incites her to confess it, causing Carmilla to end up canceling the meeting. Velvette left pimping, telling Carmilla and some of the other overlords to go back to the nursing home.

Fanon

Velmilla is not a popular ship in the fandom, yet it is not a rarepair. It is one of Velvette and Carmilla’s most popular ships. This ship is mainly rivaled by Zestmilla and VoxVel.

Many people find this ship as their guilty pleasure considering the fact that the both of them have mutual hatred towards each other. Which is also why others dislike this ship. The height different difference between has also got people to wonder if there is an age gap between them.

On AO3, Velmilla is the third most written ship for Carmilla. There are currently 110+ written works.
