VoxVel is the het ship between Vox and Velvette from the Hazbin Hotel fandom.
Canon[]
Vox and Velvette make up the Vees alongside Valentino. They are associates and fellow Overlords. Despite their professional status, Vox and Velvette get along quite well as the Vees are described as close friends. Vox and Velvette are both absorbed in modern technology and the latest trends. Not much about their history is known, however, at an unknown time, Velvette joined Vox’s team. Vox is rather accustomed to Velvette’s fiery attitude, and they are both irritated by Valentino’s outbursts, in which Velvette always assigns Vox to stop the tantrums. Velvette seems to be quite aware of Vox’s romantic relationship with Valentino, making fun of Vox by calling Valentino his “little boy toy” and Vox as Valentino’s “flat-faced prince.” Velvette often takes selfies with Vox much to his irritation, recording Vox making out with Valentino or the two dancing romantically.
In the Pilot, the Vees are seen hiding together, in a brief scene, Velvette is sitting next to Vox leaning towards him, much to the latter’s chagrin who gives an irritated look. Velvette then jumps up and wraps an arm around Vox, taking a selfie with him who scowls.

Velvette demands for Vox to stop Valentino
At V Tower, Vox receives a call from Vee in the middle of his maniacal laughing. He promptly accepts the call and broadcasts it onto a screen, leaning back into his chair and greeting Velvette casually. Velvette, frowning, demands for his presence and she tells him to cut the shit, seemingly seeing through his calm, suave front. Vox shrugs and queries the problem, calling her by “my dear” before she angrily explains Vox’s “little boy toy”—Valentino—is wrecking her department. Vox spins around and causally sips his drink while Velvette quits her attempt to explain and demands him once more. Vox sighs but listens to her demand, begrudgingly, and goes to intervene with Valentino’s tantrum.

Shortly after, Vox appears and watches Velvette’s frustration towards her staff with an amused laugh. Observing she’s busy, Vox asks where Valentino is—to this, Velvette responds that Valentino is waiting for his “flat-faced prince” to calm him down, explaining that her best model was torn up. Vox continues smiling as Velvette angrily swipes through outfits for one of her models, bemused. Vox comments that it seems Velvette has everything under control. Velvette retorts, “Of course I do.” before she gives Vox a middle finger and tells him to shoo, telling him to take care of Valentino, which he concedes in walking off.
During Stayed Gone, Vox runs down the halls and wraps his arms around Valentino and Velvette and pulls them to him, making Velvette glare. Shortly after, Vox discusses Alastor with the Vees. Velvette, sarcastically, questions Vox as the meeting progresses.
The Show Must Go On[]

The Vees watch the battle of the Exorcist army versus the Hazbin Hotel. Suited in casual wear, the Vees are sitting at the couch. Velvette is seen glancing at Vox disgustedly while he announces he’s hard from seeing Alastor fight Adam. Vox thrusts his hips in the air towards Velvette in excitement, making her angrily turn her head. Afterwards, Velvette looks away from her phone to stare at Vox disapprovingly as he screams about how watching Alastor get beaten is better than sex. Confusedly, Velvette stares at Vox’s tantrum though later looks away in annoyance. Later, the Vees stare in shared disbelief as Niffty maniacally stabs Adam repeatedly.
In the Vees’ part in the Finale song, Velvette stares amusedly at Vox and Valentino singing together. She holds up her phone and begins to record them, shortly joining them in maniacally laughing as Vox places an arm on Velvette’s shoulder. Towards the end, Velvette takes a selfie of herself with Vox and Valentino making out.

Fanon[]
VoxVel is a relatively popular ship within the fandom. Since the Vees were originally rumored to be in a polycule, it was believed that Vox is not only in a canonical on-and-off relationship with Val, but also with Velvette. However, since this is mainly debunked, some fans dislike the romantic pairing of VoxVel since Velvette has called Vox and Val her dads. Mainly, fans see Vox and Velvette as siblings with Velvette third-wheeling the romance between Vox and Valentino, though some fans still believe them to be in a polycule. Generally, Vox and Velvette's dynamic is well-liked due to their similar nature yet rather opposite temperaments. Fans hope for more of their history and dynamic to be revealed in the next season of Hazbin, as since Vox is bisexual, some shippers hope that VoxVel will have a canon chance if Velvette’s sexuality is confirmed.
VoxVel is either rivaled or shipped alongside StaticMoth and ValVel, fellow Vee ships. The ship currently has around 50+ romantic works on AO3, and 60+ in gen.
