WallMark is the slash between Wallter and Mannequin_Mark from the Regretevator fandom.
Canon[]

The valentines day/anniversary card that Mannequin_Mark made for Wallter.
According to yeucc (the lead dev behind Regretevator), Wallter and Mannequin_Mark used to be married.[1] Mannequin_Mark was the one who proposed, and Wallter was the one who wanted a divorce.[2] They were married for six years, and married on February 14 aka Valentines Day. One of the reason of their divorce was "their different tastes in building materials".[3] Mannequin_Mark knew Wallter before he became a concrete.[4] When a player uses the Petal Cone item on Mannequin_Mark, one of his dialogue lines says; "I never got him any..." , implying he likely regrets not doing so.
As for Wallter, one of his lines says; "At least you GOT me flowers.. Oh, sorry friend." , meaning that he may have wished to received some.
It is a reoccurring theme in their interactions of expressing their building material preferences. One of Wallter's idle dialogues says; "He never enjoyed gray stuff.. In fact, he got angry.. hm.." , possibly referring to either concrete itself, or the Wet Cement item which is Wallter's favourite drink (as it says 'Gray Stuff' on the can). Mannequin_Mark does express his hatred for this in one of his lines; "Gray stuff? Nuh uh! Get some splinters on those bones!".
We are also told that he was banned from the Red Ball Diner for 'sobbing about some wall', which most likely refers to Wallter and implies that there are still some feelings towards him on Mark's side. He even says; "Whaddya’ mean I’m not allowed in the red ball diner?” Although prototype said that wood and concrete combine, this may lead to them getting remarried soon, but this is not canon and not confirmed yet.

WallMark is one of the two ships in Regretevator to be confirmed canon, along with Spive. Out of all ships, WallMark seems to be one of, if not the most popular. The ship surged in popularity after yeucc confirmed that these two used to be married, and for a while it was widely believed that Lampert (another NPC) was their child but that was later proven to be false. But it is still nonetheless, a very popular headcanon of the two with Lampert. With the ship being nonetrasios in the fandom for fans being known for content mainly focusing on the divorce, this results in the ship's fanbase being known for "being allergic to happiness. "
While Spive is known for "being allergic to angst" or in other words "being allergic to sadness. " Though of course despite that there is still plenty of content of fluffy Wallmark and angsty Spive.
It's also quite popular in sex jokes to balance out the angst, with memes often titled How Lampert was made, after they remarry, concrete and wood sounds, "Wallter, put your *beep* away..I'm not having *beep* with you right now." and many more.
Considering their interactions, it was mainly viewed as an Enemies to Lovers ship before it was confirmed that they were indeed previously together. With the implication that there are still some one-sided feelings, many like to imagine them getting back together or having never divorced in the first place.
