Wendjeet is the het ship between Baljeet Tjinder and Wendy Stinglehopper from the Phineas and Ferb fandom.
Canon[]
In "Phineas and Ferb's Christmas Vacation!", Baljeet told Buford that the one thing he wants for Christmas is a special Christmas kiss under the mistletoe. Buford was disturbed by this and left and Baljeet clarified he didn't mean from him. He wanted a kiss from a girl. Baljeet was disappointed when people thought that everyone in Danville was naughty, meaning that Santa would never come and visit them and he would never get his kiss. When taking over for Santa Claus and delivering presents to everyone in Danville, Baljeet helped to deliver Wendy's giant hat to her house on Christmas night. He wound up getting himself fired out of the cannon and sent to her house. Baljeet tumbled into Wendy's house through her fireplace and she was awake to see him. Baljeet presented Wendy with her hat and she was overjoyed. Wendy asked how she could ever thank Baljeet and before long, they noticed some mistletoe above them. Baljeet grabbed Wendy and gave her a magical Christmas kiss, making her feel flustered. Baljeet then took off through the fireplace and went back to Santa's sleigh, leaving Wendy.
Due to this episode taking place after the events of the series' primary summer vacation, Wendy never returned in any future episodes, meaning that her relationship with Baljeet was never expounded upon. However, seeing how Baljeet would end up dating Ginger in "Act Your Age", it can be assumed that Wendy and Baljeet's relationship would eventually be over.
Fanon[]
Despite its onscreen canonicity, Wendjeet is a rather uncommon ship in the fandom, due to Wendy's lack of screentime. Wendy's presence in her one and only episode was kind of lackluster, as she was only given three lines and her appearance wasn't even really built up to. Baljeet made it clear early on that his arc was to get a kiss from a girl but he never specified which girl. This made his kiss with Wendy feel a little disingenuous because it felt like Baljeet didn't care much about her, in particular. He just wanted to lose his kiss-ginity and seized the opportunity with the first girl he saw. The ship is also overshadowed by rival ships such as Gingeet and Mishjeet, as well as non-canon ships like Bujeet.
Shippers wish that Wendy would make more appearances in the show so that her relationship with Baljeet could be further explored. Due to the reboot taking place after the events of the Christmas special, these shippers see a glimmer of hope that the Wendjeet story arc could be continued. However, this is very unlikely. However, on the off chance that Wendy does make a re-appearance, it can be assessed that she'll break up with Baljeet at some point because the writers need to help push Gingeet together soon, in order to line up with the timeline in "Act Your Age".
