Widowtracerly is the polyship ship between Widowmaker, Tracer and Emily from the Overwatch fandom.
Canon
Amélie Guillard was a successful ballerina, and married a man named Gerard Lacroix, an agent of Overwatch. Talon, a terrorists organization, captured Amelie and tortured her till she became a sleeper agent. Overwatch rescued her, but two weeks after her return, she killed her husband and returned to Talon. They reconditioned her, turning her into an emotionless killer and lowered her heart rate, her skin becoming blue as a result. She took on the name Widowmaker, and became Talon’s most elite assassin.
Widowmaker and Emily have never interacted before but both know Tracer. Widowmaker is essentially Tracer's arch nemesis, while Emily is Tracer's girlfriend.
Tracer joined Overwatch, where she got into a flight accident. She became displaced through time and was unable to stay at one point till Winston created a chronal accelerator, She is able to control her time traveling and uses her abilities to fight for Overwatch till it was disbanded. She continued to fight against Talon after it's disbandment, which is how she came into contact with Widowmaker.
Tracer and Widowmaker go up against each other twice. Once when Widowmaker and Reaper are trying to steal Doomfists gauntlet, and then again when Widowmaker was sent to kill Modotta. Both were missions by Talon, and didn't leave much for talking.
Emily is only known as Tracer's girlfriend. They live together and went to visit Winston on Christmas.
Fanon
Fans that ship them are fans of both Tracer ships. Shippers would want both ships to be canon, but not break up Tracer and Emily for that to be possible.
On AO3 it is the eight most written ship for Widowmaker, the second most written for Emily and the third most written for Tracer. It is also the forty eight most written ship in the Overwatch tag.
